Eddie came to repair some door handles and locks that were sticking and hard to use at our new house. We couldn’t be more impressed with his service! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly established what the problems were, explaining what needed to be done to get everything working smoothly again. He followed this up quickly with a written quote that we felt was of good value. On the day of the repairs, Eddie’s work was efficient and thorough and he took great care to make sure everything was secure and functioning properly, cleaning up at the end of the job. Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Absolutely amazing service! Whilst other locksmiths convinced me that my car lock out will be annoying to deal with (car battery dead and keyhole not working) and will require breaking windows, Advanced Locksmith just agreed to help quite quickly and came to sort it out for me in no time! Got it unlocked and fitted a new key for me, even gave my car a quick jump start to get it moving again. 10/10 will definitely recommend their service to anyone with car key issues!

I had a key fob failure in Tesco Bursledon car park that wasn't battery related at 6 in the evening in the pouring rain. Alec was there within 10 minutes and gained access to my car and synchronised the key again and even provided me with an additional spare key he'd cut himself there and then with his equipment. Very knowledgeable & efficient service and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this service and would be happy to use again.

Had a emergency snapped key they come out in a couple hours gained access and sorted me a new fob and blade with a extra blade for emergency very fair price great service would highly recommend

A 5 star business. Used previously a few years ago when I had a lock issue and they came very quickly and replaced. Issue this week was the door handle & mechanism was broken. I called up, then visited the store with the handle and the member of staff was able to source a perfect replacement for next day delivery (on quite a niche 25+ year old part). I collected and installed myself very easily. Fantastic company!
