Front door lock went suddenly...thought if Amberley Security immediately. Rang them and the gentleman was very polite and understanding..my lock was repaired within a few hours of ringing...the engineer was very polite and payment was very easy. I was also sent confirmation of the job, time it was to be carried out and a copy invoice. What a wonderful company to have on your doorstep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I contact ALS as the Yale type lock was not operating and I was locked out. They attend within 20 minutes and gained access. They lock had worked loose causing the issue. Marks was great at replacing 3 windows at my property as well as replacing the hinge on a large opening window. He was understanding of my odd schedule and worked with it to fit it in the work. Super! The locksmith arrived at our house within an hour. He successfully opened our front door, which had a tough titanium lock, without causing any damage to our door/property. He accepted payment by card and emailed me a PDF invoice. Additionally, he was very cooperative in processing a refund for costs passed on to a third party. So it’s not just doors and windows that keeps Darren busy. He has just fitted a replacement “patio door” lock to our boat based in the Solent area. This lock had caused all sorts of trouble for the various marine engineers and assorted “skilled” friends. Nothing in the marine world is straightforward and we looked for Darren’s assistance after seeing many positive recommendations from “Voices for Portchester”. After 20 minutes and a few “ah ha” moments the lock was fitted and working. Cue a sigh of relief and a huge smile from me. After thinking I had got an ignition problem fixed at a large garage. It was not. I was stuck in a Tesco car park. I called Steve out from Auto locksmith. He came out to me as soon as he could, understood what the problem was and although he had to order me a part he got me up and running again as quick as he could.
