Brilliant service. We contacted Nick on Sunday afternoon and he was with us on Monday. He arrived on time, sorted our lock with no fuss, as well as providing valuable insight on lock maintenance whilst he worked. Would highly recommend and will use again with no hesitation

My door handle came off in my hand last week!!! Nick replaced the handle on my front door within a couple of hours, A super speedy, professional service.

What a great find. If you want to be treated like a valued customer then I'd recommend Amberley Security. Good communication and did what they said they'd do and I was kept informed by their automated texts. Small changes accommodated during installation without fuss. Quality wired CCTV system , neat and tidy job.

Absolutely cannot recommend Mark enough. One of our main display windows at the front of the shop had blown so Mark was entailed with replacing it for us. Communication from him was excellent and he accomodated us by working around the shop's opening times. He was also kind enough to move a large heavy planter we have outside the shop for me! He worked swiftly and tidily. I now have him bookmarked should I need his services in the future. The only downside is that he left the newly replaced window so sparkling clean it showed up how grubby all the others were and I had to get out with my tub of windowleen.

Absolutely great experience. We had two double glazed units fitted, one including a cat flap. Mark priced up the work via email before and stuck to his estimate, had the work completed as fast as possible, and ensured a great fit and a great look.

Marks was great at replacing 3 windows at my property as well as replacing the hinge on a large opening window. He was understanding of my odd schedule and worked with it to fit it in the work. All done in a timely manner and with a smile. Will definitely call again when I need further works doing!

I must apologise for the delay in posting a review as promised. I needed a key safe for my mother who had recently had a stroke. Not only was Mark very knowledgeable and helpful, but ensured I got a secure key-safe, cut my new keys and cut me a great deal. I felt that the professionalism and customer service was exceptional. I contact ALS as the Yale type lock was not operating and I was locked out. They attend within 20 minutes and gained access. They lock had worked loose causing the issue. They tightened all the loose parts and all worked perfectly. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend ASL locksmiths and the well stocked shop which I have previously used . I needed a reliable local locksmith to sort a problem with my UPVC back door. After trying to fix it myself I realized the problem needed more skills than I had as internal mechanisms within the door were broken. A quick call to ALS soon had an appointment the following day and after 1 and a half hours work, I had a new system installed and a door that once again locked and worked properly. So it’s not just doors and windows that keeps Darren busy. He has just fitted a replacement “patio door” lock to our boat based in the Solent area. This lock had caused all sorts of trouble for the various marine engineers and assorted “skilled” friends. Nothing in the marine world is straightforward and we looked for Darren’s assistance after seeing many positive recommendations from “Voices for Portchester”. After 20 minutes and a few “ah ha” moments the lock was fitted and working. Cue a sigh of relief and a huge smile from me. Credit where credit is due, I got a call before he arrived bang on time and the job was completed promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and effective locksmith.

We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. After thinking I had got an ignition problem fixed at a large garage. It was not. I was stuck in a Tesco car park. I called Steve out from Auto locksmith. He came out to me as soon as he could, understood what the problem was and although he had to order me a part he got me up and running again as quick as he could. Eddie came out to our home at short notice to fix a door lock with a snapped key. He assessed the lock was done, replaced said lock and also fixed a broken window lock as a bonus, all at a reasonable price. Also shared useful information while doing the job in a friendly approachable manner. Highly recommended.

Contacted Eddie to replace a lock. He responded by email very quickly and was able to come out at quite short notice. He replaced the lock within minutes, and also helped fix an issue with another door in the house and gave me advice. Very helpful, friendly and efficient service!
