I locked myself out of my house when I had popped home during my lunch break. My house and car keys were inside the house and I was outside in the drizzling rain with no coat on and two shivering little dogs. Damien arrived in less than half an hour and opened the door in less than a minute. I was only a few minutes late back to work! Excellent service - wouldn't hesitate to call again (hopefully won't need to!) or recommend.

Called DS Locksmiths to fix our back door which had jammed shut. Damien came round and gave us a free estimate. He replaced the whole internal mechanism and lock for us. He’s friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family.

The best company we've used during a total house renovation. Lovely and friendly staff (face to face or office). Highly professional and unlike others, tidy up after themselves. I will always rate these guys as 5*+. You get more than you pay for and it's appreciated. If you want someone to come and do a professional glasier job, I would contact these guys. Our entire house has been done with these guys (I just need to sort the new front door with them), windows and doors, I can't rate them highly enough.

Mick and Wayne came over initially to measure up and were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Pricing was reasonable and the office staff were friendly and called back promptly. On fitting day Mick and Wayne came early and as its our first place I had some questions which they were both happy to answer as per previous visit this was the main decision point that made us go with Glaze -Fix so credit to the both of them! Installation was to a very high standard, after seeing them pull out newspaper and plastic bags from the old install and to see the care and time they both took in put me at ease. It was also raining the whole day and they were both upbeat. Hope they both enjoyed tea's and coffee's through-out the day! They cleared up after themselves and we had a concern with the floor beading being ruined but they took it out carefully and replaced it without damage. I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night. I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! He phoned as soon as the new lock came in and fitted it very well. He was also polite and friendly. Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend.

We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. Although the problem wasn’t particularly urgent, Wayne came the same afternoon, which meant he worked through until early evening last Friday. Wayne is friendly and professional and we felt confident in his expertise. He identified the problem, replaced the lock mechanism and the door now works better than it has ever done.

Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! I couldn't recommend him enough, he solved our problem quickly and only charged us a pittance for his work - thank you Jamie! :)

Contacted Croma Locksmiths Basingstoke when door lock had become unsteady and needed unjamming. Given date to fix quickly and he arrived on time. He described the problem after diagnosing it, gave us a sensible quote to fix and said would order new part. He returned to the office, found they had the part there, phoned us back to say he could return straight away and repaired the door. While explaining that he always checked all the alignments too I commented about another door having this problem. He volunteered to see to this too all in the same price. 2 troublesome doors as new now. Brilliant efficient service at a good price.
