My door handle came off in my hand last week!!! Nick replaced the handle on my front door within a couple of hours, A super speedy, professional service.

Nick came out very quickly to help me with my sticky door locks. He soon sorted out the problems, without selling me anything I didn’t really need. I would recommend this local independent business.

So it’s not just doors and windows that keeps Darren busy. He has just fitted a replacement “patio door” lock to our boat based in the Solent area. This lock had caused all sorts of trouble for the various marine engineers and assorted “skilled” friends. Nothing in the marine world is straightforward and we looked for Darren’s assistance after seeing many positive recommendations from “Voices for Portchester”. After 20 minutes and a few “ah ha” moments the lock was fitted and working. Cue a sigh of relief and a huge smile from me. Credit where credit is due, I got a call before he arrived bang on time and the job was completed promptly and professionally. Darren has been extremely helpful attending to an issue with my front door which needed some adjustment after it had dropped on one side. Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. Within a couple of hours of my call, the issue was resolved; no fuss, no call out charge just good ‘old fashioned’ expert and friendly service and at a very reasonable price. SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Mark is a true expert and professional. He has re-aligned doors for us, adjusted a door & locking mechanism plus offered some very good security and maintenance advice. Marks was great at replacing 3 windows at my property as well as replacing the hinge on a large opening window. He was understanding of my odd schedule and worked with it to fit it in the work. All done in a timely manner and with a smile. Will definitely call again when I need further works doing!

Absolutely cannot recommend Mark enough. One of our main display windows at the front of the shop had blown so Mark was entailed with replacing it for us. Communication from him was excellent and he accomodated us by working around the shop's opening times. He was also kind enough to move a large heavy planter we have outside the shop for me! He worked swiftly and tidily. I now have him bookmarked should I need his services in the future. The only downside is that he left the newly replaced window so sparkling clean it showed up how grubby all the others were and I had to get out with my tub of windowleen.

I contacted Mark after a recommendation. Although my job was small (replacing broken car key casings), Mark was able to order and fit replacements quickly. Service was A* and would highly recommend.

Called out Klic after I managed to lock my car keys in the boot of my car. Arrived exactly when they said they would. After a battle with a particularly stubborn lock they managed to open the boot. Also cut a spare key for me whilst on-site. Extremely reasonable price given the amount of time they spent. Highly recommended.
