A local family run business who have shown to be very trustworthy in my experiences. There is a real sense of customer care from all involved with the company from the extremely competent and helpful engineers to the office staff and booking and follow up process. Will definitely use them regular when needed and happy to recommend.

Used Bespoke Gas for my annual gas boiler service. The booking team were really helpful in arranging a suitable date, explaining the process and providing a quote for the work. The service was completed on the day promised, to a very high standard. Anthony, who conducted the work was excellent. Little touches like wearing protective covers on his shoes, covering up the carpet where he was working, and providing a really good explanation of what was involved in the service made this a really positive experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Gas, excellent company and a pleasure to deal with.

We've got an old water heater for service. We are new home owners and we were looking for someone who can do the boiler service and at the same time to do a survey about heating improvements. However, Anthony has done just the service as we are not ready for big changes. The communication was very clear, Bespoke Gas provided us with options for new boiler, new heating system including the prices. Definitely recommend Bespoke Gas!

I needed a plumber who was experienced in handling macerators, to sort out my mother's one in her bathroom. I chose LDA because they had good feedback. Lee arranged to visit and look at the job required. He was super with my very elderly mother, reassuring her that it could all be fixed. Although the job wasn't urgent, Lee went above and beyond to get it replaced and the new one installed. It is so good to find local tradesmen, who are reliable and are good with their customers too. Thank you to LDV and Lee that was a super job!

I rang LDA plumbing as my sink was blocked and I couldn’t clear it. He arrived quickly and did a great job getting things moving. My pipes were blocked with years of build up which he cleared and replaced without a fuss and mess. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lee came out today as an emergency job to fix our toilet. He was fast and extremely reliable. He was honest and did a great job. Highly recommend if you need a plumber, even lets you know when he’s on his way.

Nick and his co-worker Michael came out to us to undertake various electrical work, mainly a new fuse box, testing the electrics around the house and additional light fittings. Very competent, talked us through the process and what would be best for us. The estimate he provided was very competitive and very detailed — explaining exactly what we were getting and why (especially where the fuse box was concerned). Work was carried out to a high standard and completed very promptly, we had seen several electricians prior to Nick but he was so friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable it was a no-brainier to go with him. Would highly recommend and will 100% use Nick again for our electrical needs.

Nick is one of those rare "finds". One that you don't want to share with others - because he will get even more busy! Excellent, neat work undertaken at a fair price. Nick works hard and very efficiently. He is clean and tidy, and can be trusted to just get on with it. He has undertaken a variety of work for me, from basic external power points to new consumer units and circuits. This has included working out and expediting some complex runs in heavy duty cabling for a sauna and air conditioning system. Always a pleasure to have him here! I needed an electrical installation report for insurance purposes. I sent a contact form to Nick and got a response within hours. During the inspection it was found that we needed a new consumer board and associated works to a secondary unit. Nick was prompt with his quote and once excepted made a date to do the work. He kept in touch and when the day arrived was on time. He was very friendly and professional throughout and insisted on cleaning up even though there was very little mess. Overall a fantastic job and reasonably priced too. I would definitely recommend him for any electrical work.

Nick was the last in a line of three electricians we found to fit out our new extension. He was the only one that showed up when he said he would, delivered a cost estimate when he said he would that was clear and transparent. Nick did a superb job of the installation having advised us on the way about what would work and what wouldn’t, finished it on time and to budget and it all worked as specified. What more could you ask for? All done with commensurate professionalism and a friendly demeanour. Thank you Nick. A great job done by that increasingly rare of species; someone who cares about his customer.

Just 10 weeks after moving home our 'new' boiler broke down. Thankfully, with outside temperatures extremely low, Dave recognised our vulnerability and his team installed a new boiler with remarkable speed. The new boiler is doing a great job, and we are so grateful for their excellent service.

Outstanding Service from OnTrack Heating! We recently had OnTrack Heating sort out our underfloor heating, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the outset—they kept us informed throughout the process, explaining everything clearly. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and installed all components to a high standard. Everything was thoroughly tested before they left, giving us complete confidence in the job. Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Another competitive price and all work to very high standard and on time. Every plumber should strive to be like James. Many thanks again. Look forward to you returning for project #3 in May 2022. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. As James encountered small problems imposed by our previous bathroom and non-square walls, he discussed options with us and the end result was fantastic. Cannot recommend enough.

There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. He is friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and endlessly patient in explaining all the options. He was very flexible on timings and worked around exactly what we needed. We will be booking him to come back and do the bathroom as soon as possible!

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

Boiler problems building up for 6 months. Taskforce was able to identify the problems and discuss solutions. I opted for a replacement boiler. Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. The Absent Pony is an absolute delight! Conveniently situated near the rail station, bus stops and bike shop in Brockenhurst, the coffee here is superb and there is an excellent selection of cakes (I've tried several of the vegan options which are all delicious). The staff are all lovely too, really welcoming and friendly. In fact, I'd say it's worth visiting Brockenhurst just to have coffee and cake here. Such good coffee!

Fantastic! Visiting area, went for very cold cycle then headed towards village to find somewhere. Coffee great, cake great, Service great, atmosphere great...... so much so we took takeaway cake too! Following day couple of friends joined us on bikes.... we just had to go back!!!!! I can vouch....blueberry muffins, carrot cake & salted caramel brownies.....perfect! I need this cafe where i live! They are an independent company & so welcoming, DONT throw your money to Costa etc..... support The Absent Pony..... cake portions are huge🙂. Thank you to the very chatty lady on Tuesday & her colleague on Wednesday. Loyalty card will be ready for next visit! Good job girls. Thank you!
