Once again, superb service from Nigel and his boys. Booked my BMW 330i E90 in for service and MOT, job was done properly as usual, even the couple of extras I asked for. One such item was a gripe I had about handbrake travel, on collecting the car, the long handbrake travel had been sorted, and it now works better than it has for the last year. In the past they have worked on some of my company vehicles, and these have always been returned almost better than new. Pricing has always been very reasonable, with very friendly, professional service. Without doubt I will be continuing to use this very good company.

Had MOT done on the motorbike & sidecar. Left it to go for a walk and on return bike had passed MOT. It had initially failed on a brake light switch, but they had one in stock and just replaced it, then passed it. That sort of service is very very rare nowadays and can recommend this garage for service and MOT. Many thanks to Phil and his team.

Amazing service and quick turn around. In years gone by with other garages I’ve dropped car off at 8am and still not had phone calls come 5:30 and then I have to collect next day. Decided to chose BEST GARAGE this year and dropped off at 8am for MOT, oil change and tracking and had the car back by mid day. The first time I’ve had tracking done where it actually feels straight after 👍🏻 Great price and customer service. Will use again next year.

We arrived at Best Garage on a Sunday late afternoon... closely followed by our AA recovery van as we barely made it into their car park after an hour broken down roadside and a patch job to get us the half a mile there. We were here on the first day of our holiday when our car gave up. By lunchtime the next day I was collecting my car fixed at an incredibly reasonable price. They literally could have charged us anything, we had no choice but to go with them but they didn't take advantage and they did an excellent job and turned it around so quickly. I'm so so relieved and grateful. Holiday was saved by Best Garage! They certainly live up to their name, super friendly staff, highly recommend!

My elderly father stopped by because the brake light on his Mercedes had stopped working. He was hoping to buy a bulb and fit it himself but instead the staff very kindly did it for him with no charge! This sort of good natured, friendly neighbourhood garage is rare these days so I will definitely go back whenever my car needs anything.

I asked Best Garages for a quote, to replace the cam-belt, tensioner and water pump, on my Skoda Yeti. They were £150 cheaper than the quote I'd been given (!) by the garage that normally does the servicing etc on my car, and they managed to get me booked in within a week, which was much sooner than the other garage too. I also asked them to take a look at the brake discs and pads, as they had been mentioned during the recent MOT. Today they fitted the new cam-belt etc and I have just collected the car. The brake discs and pads are fine, for now, apparently, and the cost of the cam-belt work was as the quote suggested, right down to the last penny. I'm very happy! Thanks to the team at Best Garages, Lymington. Keep up the good work, and I know where to come, when the discs and pads need doing.

Top class service! Blackcircles.com let me down and asked me to reschedule. This was unacceptable as I had planned to be near this garage on Friday. I cancelled my Blackcircles.com appointment and booked with the garage direct. Same tyre arrived next morning and fitted. Very happy customer who will be using this garage as default.

Great service, efficient, timely and helpful. I had a slow puncture. They showed me how it had worn away and couldn't be mended. A new one was promptly ordered. I also booked an MOT. Altogether very happy.

Matt and the team at Beaulieu Garage have been fantastic. We hired a classic car (a Jaguar E Type 2+2) from their collection for our Wedding and the result was perfect. Matt was extremely conscientious and kept us up to date every step of the way. The car was in pristine condition and was obviously very well maintained, even after 60 years. Excellent service as always by the team there. Always courteous and fun, it makes the worries of owning a car a little easier to know you can always rely on their help and professionalism. I note the recent Google reviews and would suggest these are not reflective of the service at Greatbridge, look at the previous reviews to those, seems like sensationalism. I have been taking my various cars to the garage for 25 years and would always rate highly and I would be happy to personally vouch. Had a nasty tyre blow out a few days ago and everyone jumped to help. You will not get a better service in the area.

I booked my BMW in for a recall over the phone with Balmer Lawn Motorad, the service advisor took my details and sorted the booking in a friendly and professional manner. When I arrived at the dealership I was dealt with by a service advisor called Sophie. She dealt with my promptly, professionally again. I was given an estimate in when the bike would be ready and also told of the coffee shops and other places of interest were in walking distance. Whilst having a wander around the showroom I got chatting to Mamil ( one of the sales staff) who showed me a few bikes which ended up with me road testing one of their Royal Enfield demonstator bikes. Once again, they way I was dealt with was a great experience. This was my first experience with Balmer Lawn Motorad and it was a very positive one and won't be the last.

After the theft and recovery of our BMW R1250GS, we contacted Ben R in service dept to fix the damaged steering lock and he was very helpful in explaining the process of needing a coded replacement steering lock. As we were about to commence a 3 month European bike trip, Ben and Matt in the workshop worked wonders to have the coded lock ordered, delivered and fitted in extra quick time to have us back on the road 3 days after the bike had been stolen. I contacted Solent MOT Centre with very short notice to see if they could have a look at my car to try to fix an urgent problem. They told me to bring the car in that morning and were able to fix the problem. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Seems a reasonable & respectable garage. Mot had expired over the bank holiday weekend, I was able to get a slot early Tuesday morning. Although the car failed, they were able to rectify and get me back on the road quickly.
