I visited my Daughter in London and my new Son in Law and stopped off to chat with the Owner of this Shop ! Wow couldn’t believe what a nice chap and so kind & helpful ! .. I had to help change the oil on my Daughters Skoda and he let us drop the oil off and he helped with the proper gasket bolt and washer to get a better seal on the oil pan … All this while having 3 cars to get done ! The shop is clean as a pin and has a nice waiting area and across the street all kinds of shopping while he works on your car or suv ! I call this kind of Guy and Owner .. Texas Hospitality & style where I’m from ! A shop where the Owner wants his customers to come & treats them great 👍 & is upfront &honest on pricing and based on the reviews does a great job ! Also if you need to wait for your car it has one of the best fish 5 stars sandwiches right next door to the Shop while you wait. Look at the reviews people really like this shop and the Owner and we do too !

What a lovely friendly family set up. Tried to find someone to do my exhaust & raise my fiat abarth up . Tony did a fantastic job doing just that keeping me informed by pictures & txt. Has consistently diagnosed and fixed our vans when others couldn’t, first time every time. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently we had a van with intermittent power loss. 2 other garages had it for multiple days wasting time and money but Top Performance managed to find the source of the issue and solve it straight away.

TPS come highly recommended, its a family run business in a big converted barn fitted with all the modern equipment. My Jetta needed some new front brakes and TPW procured and fitted them in no time at all, Brembo brakes and pads has reduced the braking distance significantly. following a initial hiccup and my hasty review, the owner made contact and could not be more supportive. In all fairness I did not feedback at the time due to time constraints but anticipate I could have got the same understanding had I done star. Following my concerns on the diagnostic Barry went above and beyond, after investigating fully acknowledged my concerns, offered a full refund of the diagnostic and also offered to personally oversee the diagnostic complimentary. The importance of customer view really showed without any expectation and this speaks volumes to me so I chose to review. Barry had so far spent 2hours on the car and is committed to finding my issue which is really appreciated. Polite, welcoming and very honest approach. My first experience of this level of service outside mainstream dealers

I used BTE yesterday for the first time for an MOT and they were absolutely class. It failed on one point, which I was able to remedy straight after, and they managed to see me the same day for the re-test. They were helpful when listing the advisories without being pushy to have work done, and are being incredibly helpful with quoting for a repair on my partners car. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and the service was top-drawer. Added to the fact they are a few minutes down the road, I’ll definitely be going back again.

We have used BTE since moving to Bordon in 2023. They provide a really great service. I had an issue with my headlight alignment which the garage I bought my car from had not fixed properly. I brought my car to BTE for something else, and the mechanic at BTE spotted the problem and fixed it for free! My headlights have been fine since. They are a great team 😊

Cannot Fault Osgoods at All. The car has thrown a few paddies with some repair jobs but Graham has always been accommodating, caring and eccentric - Overall a top garage and Excellent gents to do business with.

When changing the alternator belt that I thought had been the issue, he discovered the alternator pulley was the root cause. Made sure to show me the exact issue and sourced the other part the same day to ensure the fix could be applied. Really recommend, excellent knowledge and amazing customer service.

Had a great experience. My VW Tiguan was in limp mode with no power. JT Auto Care came out and ran I diagnostic. From there he fixed my car very quickly and saved me having to spend hundreds on a new turbo (most garages would have just said I needed the most expensive part rather than try and save me some money). Refreshing to find an honest and friendly mechanic. Would highly recommend!

I am very grateful to White Rose Garage for looking after my elderly father with his Peugeot 3008 that had ABS problems. A very helpful member of staff collected the car from my father's house & took it to the garage. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price too. Furthermore, the technicians spotted an oil leak from the gearbox driveshaft that was thought to be present & not flagged up by a Peugeot main dealer when the car was having a clutch replacement only a few days before. This same main dealer had replaced the entire clutch system including the slave cylinder at an eye watering cost of £3000. Allegedly this was necessary for a slight clutch judder & on an engine that had only achieved 34,000 miles!? White Rose took the time to explain how best to approach the main dealer & make a case for the car to be returned & have the oil leak rectified under warranty. Many thanks!

Fantastic! We have had services and MOT's here for a while but when the car started having an issue with the clutch we booked it in. Unfortunately it failed before we made it to the appointment and White Rose were very accommodating getting the vehicle in early from the breakdown truck and arranging for the work to be completed very quickly.
