Excellent communication and great service from EMS! Vicente’s responses were almost instant, and he took the time and care to explain the proposal in detail. As a first-time buyer with no electrical knowledge, this was very reassuring. I had an electrical check, and electricians were booked to fix the issues the following week! Matthew and Evan were friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to have in my home. They did everything promised—and more! The quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend EMS and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Matthew was really friendly and efficient. I needed a pendant light replaced and another light fixed. He found the problem and did the job quickly, as he had the replacement parts in his van. I would highly recommend.

Vincent and his team are great! As first time home buyers, he really put us at ease and made sure to explain everything aswell as providing clarity on what we needed to do. Wow first time visiting today and absolutely love this place!!🧸✨ Friendly welcoming staff and it's such a joy to have so much choice of food I was actually overwhelmed because as a vegan in most places you have to hunt for what you can eat on a menu!! What an experience to have full access to the whole menu!! Went for a tofu stack and my husband went for a Buddha bowl and they were both sooo good generous portions but not heavy on your tummy!! I also tried their banana milkshake with cream n marshmallows and that was delicious!! I also treated myself to their soft serve ice cream with strawberry sauce n rainbow sprinkles!!🌈 omggGosh so good😭😭 I recommend this place to everyone not just vegans, atmosphere is so welcoming and chill and the food is brilliant quality and wholesome!! So so sooo good. The most innovative and delicious variety of cake (jaffa cake cake, kitkat brownie, cherry pastry, blueberry croissant…). Sadly no photos of those which is testament to how bloody amazing they were, couldn’t wait to eat them! But there’s so much more than cake - it’s a great place for a quick breakfast bite, and lovely lunch. The coronation chickpea baguette was the best we’ve ever had… We visited twice in one weekend and would happily go back again tomorrow even though we live half an hour away! Friendly staff, free parking, gift shop, good value for money. Oh and there’s great coffee & shakes. Healthy options as well as treats…get yourself in there, you won’t regret it! 💚

Warm and homey, a really ‘normal’ (in a good way) cafe which just happens to be entirely vegan. There’s a lovely section of options, it’s really reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. Great food and they allow dogs too!

Vegan or not this is a must visit! The coffee is excellent, a great variety of cakes and the pasties were also bursting with flavour. To round it off the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also excellent value for money!

Such a lovely place. I'm lucky enough to live walking distance form Nest, and it's always a pleasure. Family friendly, great food, and the best coffee I've had anywhere in Surrey. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff in a homely atmosphere, serving great coffee and pastries. Unusually, they're also a shop selling predominantly hand made gifts of very good quality which I suspect are either specific only to them or at least, only a handful of other outlets. Highly recommend this popular rendezvous.

A fantastic ☕️ coffee shop with a children’s play area. The coffee I had was really, really nice. When I saw this shop I was hoping to get something dairy and gluten-free to bite. Josh and his little Nest didn’t disappoint me as there’s vegan, dairy and gluten-free options are all available here. I think he was born to run this coffee shop as he’s so welcoming and friendly, had a great chat and laughter 😁 This was the first time I came here and I will definitely pop in again when I’m in the area. Very positive experience, he actually made my day! Well done 👍

Professional from the start. 3 people arrived by 9am and just got on with the job. Replaced my fusebox, installed an EV charger and also a double socket in a bedroom. Kept me informed when power would go off so I could back up my PC. Really good job done and all cleaned up by 4pm. 100% would recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

Jim and team have provided various electrical work over the years and it’s always the same reliable outcome; great job, great communication, no surprises, upfront and honest, very reasonable pricing, turn up when you expect, always very tidy, every employee I’ve met has been very friendly, polite and professional. I chose Bramley Electrical because they are a small, well-established, family business with a good reputation. I wasn't disappointed. Owner Matt did several jobs for me including repairing my spot lighting, putting up a chandelier and removing an unsafe wall light. He was polite, friendly and helpful, taking the time to discuss different options with me and even did little extras, like taking down an old smoke alarm from my high ceiling. It's so refreshing to find a tradesman who is punctual (I even got a courtesy text confirming Matt was on his way). He left my house clean and tidy - I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Bramley Electrical.

I have used Matthew for three small jobs now. All relatively small but varied and well done. The last was a messy job to replace two wall sockets that has "rotted" behind a very large pot plant due the the moist atmosphere. A messy fiddly job. Matthew is certainly my go to electrician.

Fantastic service! I’m so pleased that I contacted Matt. He responded to my call promptly & was able to come out & solve the problem within 24 hours. The job was at my elderly Dad’s house but he kept me in the loop at all times. Dad thought that he was “friendly, efficient & knowledgeable… what more could you want”… high praise from an 86 year old with ‘old fashioned’ values. If you are looking for a helpful local tradesperson who is competent & trustworthy then Matt’s your man! Highly recommended 😁

Daniel came to us on November 22nd 2024. Throughout the process from first contact to final job his communication was always excellent, very prompt, very clear. He came when he said he would and installed an outside socket and garden light for us. The workmanship was excellent and he was incredibly tidy. For example he had laid sheets out to the front door to avoid walking on the floor and when he left he took care to walk on the sheets rolling them up behind him, such was his commitment to being tidy. All in all a very,very positive experience and Daniel is highly reccomended.

Daniel replaced the whole electrical installation from my old victorian house. Best service I have ever received: The quotes were itemised to the detail, communication was clear and very quick response, he's incredibly polite, quick, and finishes the job to perfection. Great cafe, can't beat the price; was making deliveries on the estate when I drove past his gem and decided to stop for a breakfast; got the big one which included everything and 50p extra for a latte which is fair. food was properly cooked and pretty good quality it's just the sausages seem to fall apart.

I stumbled across this cafe whilst in the area and really glad I did. This is possibly the best breakfast I've had, certainly in the Basingstoke area. Next time I'm in this part of the world again I will be popping in for another visit.

A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Even though they were not able to visit they walked me through the steps to get the power back up and all at no cost. Brilliant service, really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

Delicious food - the halloumi kebab was a tasty vegetarian option and all the meat ones were fresh and really flavourful, with all the portions being very generous as well. The chips and dips on the house are fab as well, we had to ask for more tortilla chips. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant and made it a special moment when they kindly brought out the cake we'd gotten for the birthday celebration. One of the best restaurants I've been to in a while. Prompt, friendly staff who are always on hand to help from start to finish, quick turnaround for food once ordered, the drinks are outstanding and the food is just some of the best out there. All fresh, tasty and I genuinely just recommend!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. Easily the best food I’ve had on my trip to the UK. The location is convenient to Basingstoke, the atmosphere is as authentic Turkish as it gets. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He made several recommendations and we couldn’t resist. The food is world class. The charcoal fired grill and classic Turkish decor add to the whole experience. I will definitely come back before I go home.

Everything was amazing! The meats on the mixed grill was all super flavourful. The hummus kavurma and smoked salmon carpaccio is perfect for starters, not too heavy, not too overpowering. Tea was excellent! Baklava was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Definitely worth a visit!

We visited the Dome cafe today for Friday Breakfast. We have a break from the site and often try different cafes near to our workplace. The food was good as was the service and the staff were all amazing polite and friendly. The cafe itself was pleasant and immaculately clean. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Went to the Zoom café today for a breakfast with friends and family. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were friendly and professional and the manager on duty was excellent taking my order as I wanted to make a few changes to my breakfast. The food was really good quality made with really good ingredients and served with a smile. I would definitely recommend The dome café to anyone and everyone who was looking for somewhere to dine out for a cheap and cheerful meal. The dome café also supports an excellent cause and as an excellent example of a business that also helps its community.
