Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

The Castleton dental practice have been mine and my family’s dentist of choice for over 25 years and I have always found them to be highly professional and highly skilled in their work. The practice culture is welcoming and when it is necessary to make an appointment at short notice they do their best to oblige. This is an excellent dental practice.

The level of expertise and professionalism of all of the staff has meant that even when I moved 50miles away, I remained a patient and was more than prepared to make the trip. I recently had bonding done with Lara and I couldn't be happier with the results! Lara was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Would highly recommend this practice and Lara for routine and cosmetic detail work.

Attended a 30th birthday party here at the weekend. Excellent venue and toasty-warm with the wood burner going. Staff absolutely brilliant, nothing too much trouble and very accommodating. Lovely new establishment. We popped in with a couple of locals while we were visiting Crondall. We have been to the area a couple of times now, and I can say this is a great addition to the area. The staff were very friendly and our coffees and breakfast came out nice and quick. The smashed avo on toast was a real crowd favorite. We will be back again, hopefully in the near future.

The Vineyard and Cellar door cafe is nestled away in a beautiful location just outside of Crondall village. We booked onto a sunset tour with Izzy who was fantastic; full of knowledge and passion. When we returned from the tour, we were treated to charcuterie and wine tasting. Very generous samples were poured but the wine was so delicious we stayed for even more! We will absolutely return to enjoy the wonderful setting and wine.

I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. I am very happy with the end result as I typically am after visiting.

Our family recently switched to Bupa Dental Care and haven’t regretted it for a second. I broke a tooth a few days ago. I got an appointment with Martyna Mach the following day and she repaired it perfectly. Martyna has also given me a root canal and a crown on previous occasions, doing a great job every time. A big shout out to Sue and Lina in Reception too for their friendliness and efficiency in booking the appointment and then processing the insurance claim. Highly recommended all round.

Great online booking service for the hygienist appointment. Very flexible and you can change your booking easily as well without having to pick up the phone. Arrived at Bupa Fleet Rd today at 7.55am for my 8am appointment and was greeted very warmly. Maxine, the hygienist, was prompt, quick and very considerate. Top class! I've been coming here for at least 2 to 3 years now and have not been disappointed

I got an emergency appointment at Ashworth's vet in Fleet as my normal vets did not have any appointments free for days. Unfortunately I had to let my nearly 20 yo beloved cat go at the emergency appointment but the staff were wonderful and understanding throughout the whole ordeal. I used their cremation service and got her back in a lovely wicker pouch and the receptionist / nurse team were continually compassionate and caring. I now have a kitten and she has been well looked over and lots of appointment choices and friendly professional staff. It is quite a bit more expensive than my previous vets, who incidently after having my cat in their care for most if not all of her life have not even acknowledged her passing with a card or anything and were quite brutal when I called to inform them of the outcome confirming they'd mark her as deceased (I didn't need to hear that just after the event!) but hopefully will be worth it.

Always a breeze to visit the Ashworth vets. Although it may not be my dogs favourite destination, the friendly staff and treats soon put him at ease. I have been visiting Anju for my dental care at the Zebon Copse Practice for several years and have been impressed by the excellent treatment I've received with regular checkups, hygienist visits, and some cosmetic work to remove old fillings. A big plus is how quickly I was able to receive emergency support when I had a painful gum infection. I've moved some distance away now, but I still travel back to Zebon Copse as I am not changing my dentist!

I have recently undergone an extensive treatment plan at Zebon Dental as a brand new customer. Very fortunately the Zebon team transformed my first desperate urgent situation into a much healthier and stable one. The overall very friendly approach from reception to dentist made everything a pleasant experience. Anita went the extra mile, from in depth discussions regarding the condition of my teeth and options available. Anita, Charlotte and Lorna are caring, friendly and empathetic, and created a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the surgery. I highly recommend the Zebon Practice!

I was so impressed with my experience at Zebon Dental. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was very nervous before my procedure but Mr Kerawala and the nurse (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) with him did such a great job of putting me at ease before my procedure. Communicated very well what to expect and it was a very painless procedure. Although I couldn’t answer because I was working, I appreciated the follow up call the next day.

Last week I had 2 appointments with Anita. I am a new client and a nervous one, due to difficulties encountered elsewhere. During my 1st appointment both Anita and Lorna ensured I was comfortable at all times, and showed a level of empathy and kindness I was really impressed with. Their communication was excellent so that I knew exactly what was happening. My 2nd appointment involved even more extensive and tricky treatment, yet again I had total confidence in Anita's skill. She is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever been treated by. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism combined with her kind, calm and careful approach mean I will no longer dread a dental appointment. In addition she uses technology and techniques to provide a totally 5 star outcome. I cannot recommend the entire practice highly enough.

Dear Richard I just wanted to write and thank you which may seem strange after having a tooth out but I was really struck by your care, you explained everything in a clear way, the whole thing was quick and completely painless, I had no need for painkillers and by 2pm everything was back to normal. I am seeing Richard Brooks at the Tanshire Clinic to stabilise my bite after inappropriate orthodontic work many years ago has led to five broken teeth since then. Richard has ameliorated my problem very quickly to prevent further breakage and the process has been quick and comfortable. On a further note, I am not the easiest of patients as I have severe health issues which Richard and his team have accommodated with charm. I have always felt welcome even though they have to go the extra mile with me.

First impressions - couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Two months later and after six appointments - a brilliant experience. Top notch service by a dedicated professional team who give the impression of thoroughly enjoying their work and genuinely putting the interests of the patient first. Friendly smiles, and not just dental smiles, are in abundance everywhere. This is the first dental practice that has inspired me sufficiently to bother submitting a review, and I have visited several. Without hesitation, I award it five stars. Georgina is the best dentist I’ve ever had, she really looked after me when I had my wisdom tooth extraction. I was in so much pain and so worried but Georgina was reassuring and painlessly removed my tooth, Whilst I held the nurses hand! Also the receptionist is very helpful too! I must also say how spotless the surgery is.

I had an appointment with Lilly and Freya, and they are quite extraordinary. They worked on my tooth for nearly an hour, and, unbelievably, once the anaesthetic wore off, I had no discomfort nor needed any painkillers. They calmed my nerves every step of the way and made me feel extremely comfortable. I have found my new dental practice and, with confidence, can recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Like many people, I used to be a very nervous patient when it came to visiting the dentist, however from my very first appointment at Gwynne Dentistry a year ago I no longer feel that way. Had a wonderful cooked breakfast here. Very good poached eggs. Black pudding available as an extra. Perfectly cooked mushrooms and tomatoes on the side Nice decor and friendly staff.
