Took our new puppy "Bugs" in for a check up. Could not find one fault with this practice. We were given a same day appointment - which is far quicker than our own G.P practice. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist- My husband was a little miffed that the "hello gorgeous" was for the puppy and not him! We waited in a very clean but relaxing waiting area for only a couple of minutes. The vet was brilliant and Bugs warmed to her immediately. Puppy didn't like where the thermometer was hidden for 30 seconds but got over it quickly! The vet was thorough, answered questions and reassured us. She explained everything in detail and we didn't feel rushed. The Ark made Bugs first vet visit a very pleasant and positive experience. This wasn't my first experience of the Ark, 10 years ago they cared for my brothers dog, my brother had died and my mum looked after his grey hound dog Sally for six months following his death. When it came to the sad day to say goodbye to Sally, an Ark vet came to mums house. The vet was very caring and it made all the difference to mum in that difficult time. Can not recommend The Ark vets enough, all the staff are amazing and it's very clear that it's a very happy work place. 🙂

I've been at the Ark for years with my old boy and now my pup (we also have our work dogs medical care there) and they are amazing. The little big woof was so poorly this week and scared the life out of me with how suddenly she was so ill and they were right there with me, taking her in as an emergency, hospitalising and testing her. Think we've cracked it now and she's been properly bouncy a few times today. If you want an independent vet where they are all brilliant and all care like you care, this is the place. (And in the last days of the old fella they were so compassionate and lovely - it was the worst of times in the best of places.)

How dog was decidedly under the weather, such that we thought we had best get her seen. Ark fitted us in late pm and examined/ultrasound. Couldn't identify any obvious cause. Next step will have been a blood test, but not at all pushy. Agreed reasonable to keep an eye for 24 hours and return if no improvement. Thankfully she rallied naturally and is back to full of beans normal now, so we are none the wiser as to cause, but relieved. And £140 lighter of course. Not cheap and would rather not have incurred it, but money well spent all the same. The vet, Diana has a wonderful bed side manner and could not have been sweeter - with dog or worried owner! Really appreciate my rabbits Barnaby and Rupert being seen by the lovely nurses during lockdown. They are incredibly busy so it is particularly appreciated and a weight off my mind. Thank you This vet practice lives up to its accreditations eg. Rabbit welfare society. Emma gave me the confidence to have my rabbit operated on. Sarah performed the operation and because of her expertise Ginger pulled through. There were a week'a complications and the entire team contributed to continuing to make sure she didn't die. They were patient, empathetic and outstandingly professional. When it comes to the fees, they do their best to keep costs down. I feel relieved to know there is a practice like this in fleet for future emergencies. I highly recommend and unquestionably appreciate the Ark team. Lucy and ginger wood November 2019 Daisy who was 9 yrs old was treated so well throughout her dental issues and her end of life care. My baby rabbit Benjamin was treated with expertise and respect as was I. I was comforted and made to feel better by sally, the acting vet and Sarah the nurse. April 2020. They are just very good at what they do. Sarah tucker for surgery and nurses are the best at syringe feeding compared to other vet’s I’ve been to. May 2020 just got a white boy lop as a companion for Rosie. So pleased.

Have been with this veterinary practice for approximately 20 years from a small practice to s much larger business but they seem to have kept the same love and care and attention which is lovely to see.

Always a breeze to visit the Ashworth vets. Although it may not be my dogs favourite destination, the friendly staff and treats soon put him at ease. A quiet competence coupled with a clean & professional working environment provide owners with a confidence in the Vet and ultimately, practice’s ability to provide top tier care for their furry family member.

Macy was excellent and very much put Romeo at ease for his injection.

I got an emergency appointment at Ashworth's vet in Fleet as my normal vets did not have any appointments free for days. Unfortunately I had to let my nearly 20 yo beloved cat go at the emergency appointment but the staff were wonderful and understanding throughout the whole ordeal. I used their cremation service and got her back in a lovely wicker pouch and the receptionist / nurse team were continually compassionate and caring. I now have a kitten and she has been well looked over and lots of appointment choices and friendly professional staff. It is quite a bit more expensive than my previous vets, who incidently after having my cat in their care for most if not all of her life have not even acknowledged her passing with a card or anything and were quite brutal when I called to inform them of the outcome confirming they'd mark her as deceased (I didn't need to hear that just after the event!) but hopefully will be worth it.

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It was my first visit today with my kitten and the staff there were so very wonderful and kind and the vet Chris was lovely she explained everything very thoroughly and was gentle and caring with my kitten I was a bit anxious about going in today but it couldn’t of gone better everyone was lovely and incredibly helpful

Kind, caring and friendly. Excellent service and they genuinely do everything they can to help in times of utter stress when one of our beloved little ones are poorly. They rescued our little Ripley from a poisoning. She is now doing well.

They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only vet I can trust completely.

I reluctantly had to change vets when I moved house, so reading Cedar Vets reviews along with the fact they are independent, I settled on them to care for my fur family and hoped for the best. Little did I know that within 3 weeks of registering, my beautiful black lab girl would be really poorly and require their help urgently. From the desk staff, to the nurses to the vets who had to sedate my girl to investigate a very tough intermittent problem, I couldn’t fault any of them. Communication was outstanding, they really made me feel like they cared and understood what I was going through. So reassuring. Thank you so much for confirming to me that I made the right decision moving to Cedar Vets. You were all so lovely to me and my girl, and I now have complete faith in your abilities to take the very best care of my babies should they need you in the future. And my girl is now fine, bouncing around as normal rocking a slightly weird (and cold) shaved belly. Nothing a coat can’t sort in this cold weather.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. Thank you to everyone at Cedar.

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. I had to visit Oak Barn vets after an incident with a dog I was looking after. They are excellent, helpful, caring and very reassuring. The environment is welcoming and not clinical. I highly recommend.

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. Took me a while to write this... Unfortunately had to have my baby pts..💔...it was the hardest day of my life... A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! Both my pups love all the staff and all the staff love my pups zeus and leigon are treated like royalty at the vets and they look forward to going every time plus when they made a mess there was no fuss. They gave us the equipment to clean and we offered to clean even though they wanted to clean it themselves we wouldn't allow it as it was our pups mess I can't give a high enough rating for them all the staff are amazing expecially Rachel on front desk

Great vet experience, booking is a long time in advance but not too much of a problem. Vets take your pet on time and deal with it very professionally. I have been using the Barn for many years and I never had a bad experience ( or my dog, who is known to be difficult )

I must say I’m extremely impressed with this vet it’s much better then pets at home and other vet’s you will come across , the receptionist was extremely friendly and sweet and understanding, and helped me and guided me about my bunny who was limping now hes better then ever , Thank you x

We are very satisfied with the treatment our 2 dogs have received over the past 5 years at Beeches Vets, Slough, since we moved to this area. This week, sadly, our elderly dog had to be euthanised, and the respect and care shown to him and us was outstanding.

I came here unregistered in a very stressful time as my cat suddenly took a bad turn. They registered me straight away and saw me immediately. Two days later, unfortunately, we had to come back to put her to sleep. Throughout the whole process, everyone we engaged with was so kind, compassionate and empathetic. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience during an awful time

Farnham Vets have been nothing short of amazing with our little cat Donut! We were chosen by a cat, and our concerns grew for her on a Sunday evening (everywhere else closed). We called ahead and they checked her for a chip, the following evening I brought her back again to be checked for a chip, and they even gave her a little shave to see if she was spayed so I could give more info when trying to find her owners, with 3 members of staff in there to support us. The practitioners I spoke to were so kind, supportive, and informative. Once we decided she was going to stay with us I joined Donut up to their pet plan, and have had no issues getting appointments at times that suit me for all of her jabs, chipping, spaying. The handover after her spaying was so informative and easy to understand. I had issues today with her pulling her little vest off, and there was someone on hand immediately when I arrived to help me find an alternative. And on top of all this the ladies on reception are absolutely lovely. So glad I chose this practice, from someone who has never had to choose a vet! Thank you 🤩

Lovely staff and great facilities. My dog recently came for a blood test and hydrotherapy. The blood results came back very quickly and Hannah was lovely with him during his hydro. He especially enjoyed all the biscuits from the nurses during his blood test and from reception afterwards.

We've been back and forwards to them ALOT recently with our 2 cats. They are always so helpful and take the time to thoroughly check them over. I've spent many an hour waiting for bandages to be changed, and the reception staff often have me in fits of laughter.
