I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. Thank you to everyone at Cedar.

Such a brilliant vets. I’ve moved here from another reputable vets in Basingstoke, and the service is like night and day! Absolutely everyone makes such a fuss, my new puppy loves going to the vets. They care, ask and give brilliant advice. Love them, highly recommend. I’m also on their monthly package which is great value for money!

New to the area and was looking for a vet. I chose Hampshire Vet because they are not part of a group, they have their own 24 hour care which is most important as they will know your pet. My 15 year old dog was diagnosed with a mass on his spleen and had to have the spleen removed. I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent care prior, during and after the operation. Hopefully I will have him for a few more years. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.

I visited yesterday with Reggie my Cocker Spaniel because he has been head shaking and scratching for too long. We were seen by Jamie (I asked to see him when I made my appointment ) he explained exactly what he thought was bothering Reggie and put him on steroids which we hope will work and make Reggie more comfortable. Jamie takes time to talk with me and I am very impressed with the treatment.

Always a breeze to visit the Ashworth vets. Although it may not be my dogs favourite destination, the friendly staff and treats soon put him at ease. A quiet competence coupled with a clean & professional working environment provide owners with a confidence in the Vet and ultimately, practice’s ability to provide top tier care for their furry family member.

I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

Kind, caring and friendly. Excellent service and they genuinely do everything they can to help in times of utter stress when one of our beloved little ones are poorly. They rescued our little Ripley from a poisoning. She is now doing well.

It was my first visit today with my kitten and the staff there were so very wonderful and kind and the vet Chris was lovely she explained everything very thoroughly and was gentle and caring with my kitten I was a bit anxious about going in today but it couldn’t of gone better everyone was lovely and incredibly helpful

I’ve been bringing my dog to Oakbarn Vets for the past 3 years, and the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Highly recommend Oakbarn Vets for their dedication and professionalism!

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Really appreciate my rabbits Barnaby and Rupert being seen by the lovely nurses during lockdown. They are incredibly busy so it is particularly appreciated and a weight off my mind. Thank you This vet practice lives up to its accreditations eg. Rabbit welfare society. Emma gave me the confidence to have my rabbit operated on. Sarah performed the operation and because of her expertise Ginger pulled through. There were a week'a complications and the entire team contributed to continuing to make sure she didn't die. They were patient, empathetic and outstandingly professional. When it comes to the fees, they do their best to keep costs down. I feel relieved to know there is a practice like this in fleet for future emergencies. I highly recommend and unquestionably appreciate the Ark team. Lucy and ginger wood November 2019 Daisy who was 9 yrs old was treated so well throughout her dental issues and her end of life care. My baby rabbit Benjamin was treated with expertise and respect as was I. I was comforted and made to feel better by sally, the acting vet and Sarah the nurse. April 2020. They are just very good at what they do. Sarah tucker for surgery and nurses are the best at syringe feeding compared to other vet’s I’ve been to. May 2020 just got a white boy lop as a companion for Rosie. So pleased.

I've been at the Ark for years with my old boy and now my pup (we also have our work dogs medical care there) and they are amazing. The little big woof was so poorly this week and scared the life out of me with how suddenly she was so ill and they were right there with me, taking her in as an emergency, hospitalising and testing her. Think we've cracked it now and she's been properly bouncy a few times today. If you want an independent vet where they are all brilliant and all care like you care, this is the place. (And in the last days of the old fella they were so compassionate and lovely - it was the worst of times in the best of places.)

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sally at Ark Vets for doing an amazing job on Theo who had developed a very serious eye infection. Our whole family were incredibly upset with what looked to be a sad prognosis, however Sally managed to change things around and gave some very good news today. Sally we sincerely appreciate you going over and beyond to make sure Theo was given the best possible attention you could give❤️‍🩹

How dog was decidedly under the weather, such that we thought we had best get her seen. Ark fitted us in late pm and examined/ultrasound. Couldn't identify any obvious cause. Next step will have been a blood test, but not at all pushy. Agreed reasonable to keep an eye for 24 hours and return if no improvement. Thankfully she rallied naturally and is back to full of beans normal now, so we are none the wiser as to cause, but relieved. And £140 lighter of course. Not cheap and would rather not have incurred it, but money well spent all the same. The vet, Diana has a wonderful bed side manner and could not have been sweeter - with dog or worried owner! Many thanks.

We cannot fault Hook Veterinary Surgery, all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We have pet plan and pet plan+ for our fur babies. Pet plan+ really does give you extra peace of mind knowing that you can go for a consultation and not have to pay anything for that. You also get a good discount on treatments and products with pet plan. We have had our first dog spayed and also teeth cleaned there, they give such amazing care. Our new rescue dog is booked in for teeth cleaning next week and then a spay in March, we know she will be really cared for. Highly recommended.

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

She was very healthy for most of her life but you were there with your expertise when I needed it in her last few years. All the people working here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can feel that they really care. Once, we found a little hurt bird in the middle of the road. We took him in, and they took care of him. They even called me back to update me on his conditions after the Vet visited him. Now we have a dog and he loves coming here! Great service, definitely recommended.

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

Both my pups love all the staff and all the staff love my pups zeus and leigon are treated like royalty at the vets and they look forward to going every time plus when they made a mess there was no fuss. They gave us the equipment to clean and we offered to clean even though they wanted to clean it themselves we wouldn't allow it as it was our pups mess I can't give a high enough rating for them all the staff are amazing expecially Rachel on front desk

Have been with Cathcart & Winn for many years now, and we always receive excellent service, with a warm, polite, empathetic manner. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the spaces clean and tidy. Pricing is competitive and there are great health plans on offer for a monthly fee. Our cat is nearly 15 years old now, and has been seen by C&W since he was a kitten. Over the years he's had various injuries (he's a scrapper!) and illnesses and has always received excellent treatment and kindness.
