I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

Fantastic service again when a few health issues were spotted at my cat’s recent check up. Follow up treatment and advice was clear and informative in a sensitive and approachable style. It’s helpful and reassuring to see how everyone at this vets is so friendly and obviously adores animals.

I called upon recommendation and the lady who I spoke to from several places recommended was the only kind person to call me back. All Aspen were interested in was the well being of my Silver Tabby Cat. I was seen by a lovely pregnant vet who was super kind and empathetic to my needs. I would highly recommend this wonderful place for any emergency or routine treatment They care about your pet not your status. If only other vets could be so understanding and helpful not just have their profit making hat on. Will be always recommending these wonderful people. There’s also a resident lovely clinic cat! We have been using aspen vet for our cat cookie whom is very unwell with severe anemia.. they have pretty much made miracles happen as cookie was so ill she nearly used up all her nine lives in one … but I’m glad to say that cookie is doing well and on the medication she needs .. after lots of blood tests … the vets and the receptionists have gone beyond what I would expect! An amazing team ! thank you from us all 💐

I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. Thank you to everyone at Cedar.

Had to put my boy Reggie to sleep to day the way this vet handled the process was 5 star thank god for them made everything bearable like to say thank u Beth and Judy for your compassion x

My wife and I took our cross breed dog to Grazely Vets for the first time yesterday. We were give a warm welcome. The vet we saw, Emma, took a while building a relationship with our dog before giving him a thorough examination. She also gave him his annual jabs. The whole event was very professional and we felt we could trust Emma. She discussed various aspects of our dog with us. A careful record was made of all that transpired. We will certainly be using this vet in future.

We’ve been using Grazeley Vets for 8 years and have had 3 major surgeries for our dog in that time and numerous other trips. They’ve always been professional, helpful and compassionate. I also wanted to mention the lovely lady who answers the phones on reception. Always remembering Milly either on the phone or face to face and always making a welcome fuss of Milly. Thank you all for always taking good care of our dog.

They are all very friendly and helpful. This is the only vet I can trust completely.

I cannot recommend Medivet Frimley Green - Kynoch vets enough. We have used them for 14 years. The team at Frimley are so supportive and helpful from the moment you make the initial phone call to make the appointment to the visit. From Tilly to Tasha to Teddi they were/are looked after as if they are their own pets. A massive thank you to you all. Andy & Mich and of course our current beloved fur baby - Teddi (she even forgives Chris for expressing her a. glands!!).

Kind, caring and friendly. Excellent service and they genuinely do everything they can to help in times of utter stress when one of our beloved little ones are poorly. They rescued our little Ripley from a poisoning. She is now doing well.

The staff at this practice are always so helpful and accommodating. Every vet we have had contact with has treated our dog hettie with kindness and gentleness. Their assessments are always thorough and their advice and recommendations clear and appropriate. We travel about 12 miles to get there. We could go to a vets closer to where we live but we trust the staff implicitly at this practice. They have previously provided care to my dads two dogs and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Called up Guildford Vet out of hours as was worried about my dog who was being sick after I fed him a bit of chicken kebab- got fantastic advice from Chris he was very reassuring and gave some excellent straightforward advice about why I probably shouldn't worry too much about my dog's upset tummy, and what signs to look out for in case the situation deteriorated and I needed to bring him down. Great customer service,my dog was fine by the following morning and I got much better nights sleep having spoken to the Guildford Vet! Thank you so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It’s not often I write reviews, when you receive outstanding service and care it would be rude not too. I had to take my dog in Sunday as an emergency appointment not having used this vets before. I had experienced other out of hours vets services before and was looking for something better. My dog had to stay in and returned lunch time today almost back to normal. A few days of rest and I’m sure she will be 109%. I received nothing but caring and quality service from Pete and his team. The reception staff, nurses and Pete extremely lovely people. I was able to visit my girl which put me and her at ease. Charges explained every section of the way so no nasty surprises. Thanks to the team for being so caring, fun and doing a great job. Parking was a bonus.

I can't recommend Guilford Vet enough! The reception staff are so lovely and always happy to help, making you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Tristan was amazing with my cat, Layla and you could really see how much he cared. The whole team is warm and compassionate, and it’s clear they truly love what they do. The prices are also really reasonable, which just shows they’re all about the animals, not the money. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I wanted to leave a review to say how wonderful this practice is. My cat Scamp needed emergency treatment for a suspected blocked urinary tract, Trystan answered the call and was brilliant, immediately made me feel like my cat was more important than payment (unlike others). When we arrived he explained all the process for checking Scamp over and next steps should it be what we suspected. Unfortunately it was and we left him there overnight, thankfully we caught it in time. Trystan called 1st thing in the morning to update us on the plan for the day ahead and we arranged to collect him that evening. The practice was open now so we met the staff/nurses at reception who were so lovely. Trystan then took the time (there were super busy) to explain everything they had done for Scamp that day and what to do next with my vet. They sent notes over to my vets for the next day too, superb service. If you live nearer Worplesdon than I do (Camberley) then I highly recommend this practice, friendly and great communication the entire 24hrs. I am so relieved to have taken my boy there and to have him home.

Oak barn has been our Vets for the past few years and I can’t say enough good things about them. The staff are so warm and welcoming, you can fully trust them. We had a scare with one of our Pugs a few weeks ago and every member of the team who helped was incredible, they dealt with everything with urgency and provided the absolute best care. You don’t feel like you are walking into a scary clinical atmosphere, it’s a lovely building with access to grass and lots of parking, and our pugs love going there. I’ll always continue to recommend them 🤍🐾🤍 the picture is with their favourite vet right after they had some chicken and can’t contain their excitement 🥰

Highly recomend for reactive dogs and kinda and caring team. We moved from our local vet to Oak Barn Vets a few months ago. Our german shepherd is very nervous and reactive (extremely to dogs) and has to be muzzled. Our previous vets couldn't care less about his needs, so we had to find somewhere else. After some research, my partner found this vets which is a half an hour drive away, on the other side of Guildford. It was the best decision we could have made for him. The team here truly cares about your pets. From the receptionists when we first arrived, to the doctors who helped us and our dog. They are so caring and sympathetic to our situation and circumstances and actively listened to us and wanted to help. We didn't know how our dog would react to the staff as he is also weary of people but he seemed to love them. A massive selling point for us is the side entrance into one of the practice rooms which we could request to avoid bumping into other dogs which was our biggest concern. Sadly we had to put our boy to sleep which was a really tough and heartbreaking decision. The vet team supported us and gave us all the time we needed on the day (I may have over stayed our appointment slightly) but they were very supportive and kind to us and made sure our boy was looked after through this process. We picked his ashes up a few days ago and the receptionist was so kind. He was in a beautiful box with a sympathy card signed by the pet crematorium which I didn't expect but was comforted to recieve. I cannot fault this place. The facilities are perfect and the team are full of wonderful people. If we decided to eventually get another dog we would without hesitation go back.

Took our German Shepard there. Very good very calm with him. Put a muzzle on him like it was nothing and he had absolutely no issues with it. Can’t praise Emily the vet high enough. Really good service

Dr. Emily and the entire nursing team have been consistently responsive and attentive, providing excellent care and support. They’ve been particularly amazing during emergencies, offering immediate appointments and making sure my dog received the best attention. Took my rabbits to have their vaccinations, and the vet was brilliant with our cheeky rabbit who just wanted to run around. I also hadn't picked up the cards with proof of vaccination so called the surgery and Christina on reception was so helpful and got everything sorted quickly for me! She was so polite and dealt with my issue there and then! Thank you!

Been with them 20years plus, can't fault them, my Dog had crucial ligament surgery in February, they were fantastic and he's now bk on 4 legs, they r now treating my 13 year old dog who has a few health issues...

Great vet surgery. The staff are super friendly and great with my pet, I'm amazed at how chilled she is when she goes there. We received a good level of care and advice for our pet.
