They helped look after my old and much loved dog Boo after he was diagnosed diabetic. They were also very kind when I had to say goodbye to my boy. They now look after my current two dogs

I must say I’m extremely impressed with this vet it’s much better then pets at home and other vet’s you will come across , the receptionist was extremely friendly and sweet and understanding, and helped me and guided me about my bunny who was limping now hes better then ever , Thank you x

I came here unregistered in a very stressful time as my cat suddenly took a bad turn. They registered me straight away and saw me immediately. Two days later, unfortunately, we had to come back to put her to sleep. Throughout the whole process, everyone we engaged with was so kind, compassionate and empathetic. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience during an awful time

We've been back and forwards to them ALOT recently with our 2 cats. They are always so helpful and take the time to thoroughly check them over. I've spent many an hour waiting for bandages to be changed, and the reception staff often have me in fits of laughter.

Farnham Vets have been nothing short of amazing with our little cat Donut! We were chosen by a cat, and our concerns grew for her on a Sunday evening (everywhere else closed). We called ahead and they checked her for a chip, the following evening I brought her back again to be checked for a chip, and they even gave her a little shave to see if she was spayed so I could give more info when trying to find her owners, with 3 members of staff in there to support us. The practitioners I spoke to were so kind, supportive, and informative. Once we decided she was going to stay with us I joined Donut up to their pet plan, and have had no issues getting appointments at times that suit me for all of her jabs, chipping, spaying. The handover after her spaying was so informative and easy to understand. I had issues today with her pulling her little vest off, and there was someone on hand immediately when I arrived to help me find an alternative. And on top of all this the ladies on reception are absolutely lovely. So glad I chose this practice, from someone who has never had to choose a vet! Thank you 🤩

Lovely staff and great facilities. My dog recently came for a blood test and hydrotherapy. The blood results came back very quickly and Hannah was lovely with him during his hydro. He especially enjoyed all the biscuits from the nurses during his blood test and from reception afterwards.

I have been using ash house for many years for my dogs, and recently had to have my beloved border collie put to sleep, Steve, nicky, and all the staff are the most compassionate of people ,who make unpleasant situations extremely comfortable I would recommend Ash house vets to anyone 👍

Unfortunately, it was not the outcome we wanted when we took our little dog to visit, but I could not have asked for a better service. They were kind, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process and made an awful experience a little easier to deal with. Thank you for all your kindness

Steve, Nikkie, Allie have gone above and beyond with our trembling GSD, Leia. I am really grateful for their advice, their kindness and their patience. Leia, not so much, and would do anything to not go through the door!!! Her worries are real, but not from bad experience!! 5 stars from her Mum who appreciates a good team!!! Update: Today Leia went up to Steve, wagged her tail, gave her paw, lick his hand and took a treat... This is massive!!!!!

Great service from the vets and reception staff. Helped set up annual plan for our daughters 7 month cockerpoo.

Where to start ? The practise is welcoming, helpful and regardless of subject or concern the staff go over and above to help. They are honest in advise and the care of our pets has been exceptional. I would reccomend to everybody to use this practise they are simply the best.

We can't recommend Vets4Pets Farnham enough. Our dogs Kenny and Sunny have been looked after so well by Roger and the team over the last 4 years and we have been so grateful for their help and advice on any issues. The team are very caring and extremely knowledgeable.

Thank you for providing excellent care and treatment for my retriever over her 17 years. She was very healthy for most of her life but you were there with your expertise when I needed it in her last few years. And a big thanks for the help you've given me with all the other pets I've brought to you over the years, I'm sure there'll be more to come!

I want to thank the wonderful kind hearted vet whom we saw on the 26th September at 10am, we very sadly had to have our gorgeous boy PTS due to being extremely poorly and as devastating as it was the vet and her nurse were absolutely lovely, giving us time alone with our boy to say our goodbyes, I was totally heartbroken that morning but the vet and her staff were absolutely wonderful . Thank you for making his passing a peaceful time, and thank you so much for the lovely card and paw prints ❤️

All the people working here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can feel that they really care. Once, we found a little hurt bird in the middle of the road. We took him in, and they took care of him. They even called me back to update me on his conditions after the Vet visited him. Now we have a dog and he loves coming here! Great service, definitely recommended.

I would like to thank all the staff at st kitts veterinary who help me look after my beloved cat Socks, who sadly passed away on 07/04/2024, thanks you to everyone who help treat him, everyone was so caring with him. Amazing vets. All the staff are lovely and they are supportive of my choices that a lot of vets see as controversial (raw feeding my dogs etc). I find that they have a very ethical approach to their care of my dogs and are not ‘money hungry’ pushing every last treatment for the cash. Always professional and I genuinely feel safe knowing that these guys care for my dogs when needed. See pictures of two happy, healthy hounds cared for my st kitts.

I can’t thank Kristina and the St Kitts team enough! Having only just joined St Kitts in Brighton Hill, Basingstoke after leaving a veterinary practice that I was with for fourteen years. I found out that my elderly pug was being given a treatment she didn’t need. I have now been given a treatment that has actually began working already. Because of my pugs age and her condition Kristina had a lengthy conversation about the choices and decisions me and my family will be making along the way, we were sat down, handed tissues and spoken to with care and compassion, something that never happened at my previous practice. Kristina explained everything so well and in depth even down to how the medication works. The receptionists were so polite and friendly, in contrast to my last practice. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful practice, which was recommended to me by so many people and I can see why. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Anita xx

Excellent emergency vets. They saw our dog so quickly. The vet explained everything clearly. The cost was explained to us before we got there and after consultation due the need of emergency surgery. They contacted us after the operation and I was able to phone them later for an update. When our dog was discharged the medication and care was clearly explained.

Excellent staff and a beautiful practice. Small enough to still care (we see the same vet every visit and the staff know us and our pets on sight) but big enough to have excellent services, such as in-house blood testing for emergencies. A large public car park just a minute's walk away makes it super convenient for appointments as well.
