I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

Midforest vets have been absolutely superb supporting us lat 7 years. The last 6 months have been really difficult, and they did everything possible to help my Sammy. Unfortunately, we have to put Sammy to sleep on 17.10.24. They provided the best care for us and Sammy. Thank you very much.

Registered and got to be seen today and it’s been such a breeze and lovely visit after horrible experience we had at vets for pets Totton. Dr Alice took time to make my Chappy feel comfortable and although he was not scared she managed to examine his both legs and took time to explain me the problem and what we can do next. Absolutely can’t recommend enough!! We definitely found found our vet! 🤍🤍🤍

Very nice Vets. My 2 GSDs had fleas and they were examined and then prescribed a new flea treatment and worner. Both are now flea free, although we have a month to go getting rid of the fleas in the home.

Blackberry seen within hours of calling and treated. All the team were great especially the head vet Judith. Animals always first. Blackberry now resting. Yet another visit for one of our rescue Labradors being given a thorough, caring and professional health check/treatment. The animals as always come first and get the very best of care. we travel over 25 mile to go to see the head vets as they are worth being given the best of care.

Clean & spacious waiting area. Very professional. Thorough check up & examination of our cat. Found the source of the problem quickly. Treated and given medication. Recently i made an appointment to have an x-ray for my Guineapig (Pickle). My appointment was on the 27th Nov, but they contacted me and managed to fit me in on the 26th. As always they manage to go above & beyond, such caring vets, they even phoned me the next day to see how Pickle was. I would never think of going anywhere else - very professional and caring. We'd like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff of the clinic, for looking after our Ukrainian, white, long-haired cat Ticha. Special thanks goes to Dr. Amy Macklin and Dr. Amie Nugent. The incurable diagnosis of "kidney failure" came as a shock to us, as Ticha was a completely healthy cat whilst in Ukraine. Undoubtedly, the stress from the explosions and then - long time of unsettlement by the move to the UK, must have left an imprint on his health. Both Dr. Amy and then Dr. Amie, selected the right supportive therapy and constantly provided us with all the necessary consultations that supported Ticha's normal life. Inevitably, the disease took its toll, Ticha's condition deteriorated suddenly and he could not live to see his 14th birthday one month time. Despite our huge loss - we are very grateful to two professional doctors who gave us an extra year and 9 months of happiness with Ticha. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts! Ticha's family 🇺🇦.

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.

Good vet and services but not cheap. They have 3 practices which cover Totton, Hythe and Lymington. They cover most pet types up to horses. They have a full range of treatments available but if you are thinking of life care for your dog for example, then having insurance is a very good idea weither its opening a savings account or buying yearly.

Despite the other reviews, I have never had a problem here. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the vets we have met have always offered great care, and the prices are quite affordable (for a vet). Thank you for all the amazing work you do.

My two Cavaliers attended for their annual vaccinations this morning. Staff were welcoming and professional as always. The Vet gave them both a full check up and discussed my concerns about their health, what I need to look out for and the future options available. The notes on the screen were clearly detailed as the vet read their health histories. The knowledge shared was research based & applicable to my dogs. There were informative suggestions & no hard sell. The surgery provided a 'pet remedy' to spray on a supplied mat which helped to calm my excitable dogs. One of them actually lay down resting on it whilst the other was being checked over! As expected, we received thorough profession care today in a pet friendly environment. This is why this I have chosen this practice to care for my dogs throughout their lives. I continue to recommend them highly.

I alway bring my two chihuahua to the vets, they are always welcome and friendly. They really good at keeping my dogs calm and when ever I ask for advice they willing to give it to. My two dogs are on the puppy plan and the cost is really good. Thank you, Teddy and Alfie and chantelle.
