I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

Have always received excellant service from the vets and did so on this occasion. Handled dog well was very kind to her even warmed up the medication. Gave me good explanations of medication. Would strongly recommend

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

Took my beloved cat to get chipped. The whole process was lovely and non stressful. Staff were amazing.

Blackberry seen within hours of calling and treated. All the team were great especially the head vet Judith. Animals always first. Blackberry now resting. Yet another visit for one of our rescue Labradors being given a thorough, caring and professional health check/treatment. The animals as always come first and get the very best of care. we travel over 25 mile to go to see the head vets as they are worth being given the best of care.

Recently i made an appointment to have an x-ray for my Guineapig (Pickle). My appointment was on the 27th Nov, but they contacted me and managed to fit me in on the 26th. As always they manage to go above & beyond, such caring vets, they even phoned me the next day to see how Pickle was. I would never think of going anywhere else - very professional and caring. We'd like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to the staff of the clinic, for looking after our Ukrainian, white, long-haired cat Ticha. Special thanks goes to Dr. Amy Macklin and Dr. Amie Nugent. The incurable diagnosis of "kidney failure" came as a shock to us, as Ticha was a completely healthy cat whilst in Ukraine. Undoubtedly, the stress from the explosions and then - long time of unsettlement by the move to the UK, must have left an imprint on his health. Both Dr. Amy and then Dr. Amie, selected the right supportive therapy and constantly provided us with all the necessary consultations that supported Ticha's normal life. Inevitably, the disease took its toll, Ticha's condition deteriorated suddenly and he could not live to see his 14th birthday one month time. Despite our huge loss - we are very grateful to two professional doctors who gave us an extra year and 9 months of happiness with Ticha. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts! Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.

Today I visited Seadown it Totton with my Dog to start off with a lovely warm welcome from the two ladies And Katie the vet was super helpful with my dog a very caring vet and sorted out my dog in no time I would recommend. this place as they are all very passionate about their Job Thankyou so much Kay and Winnie dog

Good vet and services but not cheap. They have 3 practices which cover Totton, Hythe and Lymington. They cover most pet types up to horses. They have a full range of treatments available but if you are thinking of life care for your dog for example, then having insurance is a very good idea weither its opening a savings account or buying yearly.

I alway bring my two chihuahua to the vets, they are always welcome and friendly. They really good at keeping my dogs calm and when ever I ask for advice they willing to give it to. My two dogs are on the puppy plan and the cost is really good. Thank you, Teddy and Alfie and chantelle.

I recently took my dog for a routine vaccine appointment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention we received. Despite it being a standard visit, the vet (Dimitrios) was incredibly thorough and took the time to ensure my dog was comfortable throughout the entire process. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident as they answered all my questions and provided valuable advice on my dog's overall health. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for exceptional and compassionate veterinary care. We'll definitely be returning for all our future needs!

My two Cavaliers attended for their annual vaccinations this morning. Staff were welcoming and professional as always. The Vet gave them both a full check up and discussed my concerns about their health, what I need to look out for and the future options available. The notes on the screen were clearly detailed as the vet read their health histories. The knowledge shared was research based & applicable to my dogs. There were informative suggestions & no hard sell. The surgery provided a 'pet remedy' to spray on a supplied mat which helped to calm my excitable dogs. One of them actually lay down resting on it whilst the other was being checked over! As expected, we received thorough profession care today in a pet friendly environment. This is why this I have chosen this practice to care for my dogs throughout their lives. I continue to recommend them highly.
