Highly recommend such a friendly team 🥰 always take good care of my dogs and everything is explained about any procedures or anything you need x my dogs where never a fan of going to the vets and we could never wait in waiting room with them now that has changed they love going to the vets and get to wait in the waiting room it makes a big difference when your dog trust in them too 🥰 I would not take my pets anywhere else they are the best xx

Archie joined The Berkshire Vet shortly after adoption and he is very pleased indeed with the care and attention he receives therein. Today he had a minor operation, before and after which we were kept fully informed of his condition and progress. Our previous two dogs were cared for by another local vet, but it was gobbled up by a management group; we are just so pleased we have a fully independent veterinary service on the doorstep … and such a friendly and professional one as well.

I have taken our kitten twice to The Berkshire Vet and I have nothing but praise for the Practice. Everybody from the receptionists to the nurses to the Vets themselves have all been absolutely amazing, not only polite and helpful to me but so caring and friendly to our kitten Betty. The building is immaculate inside and out and has been beautifully laid out with great thought given to the comfort of Pets and their owners. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending people to take their pets here,

My pups and I have recently joined Berkshire vets after hearing great reviews and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was lovely to have a tour of the facilities and a meet and great with the vets, this created a positive experience as my pups are not big fans of the vets. Today one of my pups had a dental procedure, the drop off was relaxed, followed by a chat with the vet to discuss the procedure. After a few hours I received a personal call from the vet with an update and arranged a suitable pick up time. My pup recovered quickly and left wagging his tail… thank you Berkshire vets for a positive first experience.

This is the most lovely, caring veterinary practice that I have ever been to. Laura and her wonderful team looked after my pug Reggie when he visited for a dental appointment this week. During every step of the day that Reggie spent with Laura I received photos and updates reassuring me that all was okay. The level of care and professionalism was second to none. The practice has a lovely calm vibe and is very unlike any other I have been to, both pets and owners are put at ease. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they couldn’t have done any better.

My dog simply loves his visits to Kingsclere Veterinary Surgery, where the staff make him feel welcome, happy and relaxed. And I’m equally happy with the care they give, the time they take to explain everything, and the quality of treatment. So far he has only needed routine checkups and vaccinations, but I feel confident that, if anything more serious arises, he will get the best possible care. Pippin was delighted today when I told him we were going to the vet, and very happy and excited when we arrived, as always! Thank you for his vaccinations, which he didn’t notice because he was too busy licking up the liver paste he had come for.

Kingsclere are an amazing vets and I can’t recommend them highly enough! My dog had her paw sliced on glass and they were just fantastic with her care and follow up appointments. I’m based in London but would rather venture to Kingsclere because they really are the best. You never feel like you’re being upsold on anything and I always trust their opinion on what’s best for my dog.

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care my pets received. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. From routine check-ups to emergencies, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of my animals. I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

I reluctantly had to change vets when I moved house, so reading Cedar Vets reviews along with the fact they are independent, I settled on them to care for my fur family and hoped for the best. Little did I know that within 3 weeks of registering, my beautiful black lab girl would be really poorly and require their help urgently. From the desk staff, to the nurses to the vets who had to sedate my girl to investigate a very tough intermittent problem, I couldn’t fault any of them. Communication was outstanding, they really made me feel like they cared and understood what I was going through. So reassuring. Thank you so much for confirming to me that I made the right decision moving to Cedar Vets. You were all so lovely to me and my girl, and I now have complete faith in your abilities to take the very best care of my babies should they need you in the future. And my girl is now fine, bouncing around as normal rocking a slightly weird (and cold) shaved belly. Nothing a coat can’t sort in this cold weather.

My beautiful cat passed away recently and Medivet staff were so thoughtful and caring. I got to spend time with her and say goodbye to my baby and could spend as long as i wanted. A few days later I received lovely gifts from them, which was again so so thoughtful at this difficult time.

All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We feel our animals are always well looked after and given the right care, treatment and advice.

Our pets are incredibly important to our family. So you can imagine how worried we were when one of our cats had a recoccurance of a bladder problem. The vet explained our options clearly and with care. Surgery was required. It is clear to us that animal care isn't just a job for the staff at this branch of Medivet. They really do care about the best outcome for your pet. The team communicate clearly and don't make you feel silly for asking a billion questions. Reasonably priced services and plentiful parking available close by. I recommend this vet and the team.

My cat Milo absolutely loves this practice. All members of staff make him feel comfortable and relaxed. Very nice experience at all times - highly recommended! Good location and parking facilities.

Took my Kitten to the Vet for his vaccinations and his checkup and the staff was very helpful and insightful. Happily answering my questions no matter how stupid the questions were. Left with a very happy kitten

Always an amazing service from these guys; they are very loving towards all animals which you want from a good vet and the team. They are also very understanding and accommodating.

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

Both my pups love all the staff and all the staff love my pups zeus and leigon are treated like royalty at the vets and they look forward to going every time plus when they made a mess there was no fuss. They gave us the equipment to clean and we offered to clean even though they wanted to clean it themselves we wouldn't allow it as it was our pups mess I can't give a high enough rating for them all the staff are amazing expecially Rachel on front desk

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

Took me a while to write this... Unfortunately had to have my baby pts..💔...it was the hardest day of my life... A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! I have 3 sweet fur babies, Toast, Guinness and Beanie, they love this vet and so do I. We’ve had such good levels of care here. If I’ve called up with an emergency they’ve fitted me in that same day! Everyone who works here is very kind and caring. Highly recommend this vet

Such a wonderful, helpful vets! Reception have all been so kind and helpful every interaction I've had with them. All vets I've seen have been so sweet and kind with my very VERY timid cat, Luna. Helped with calming meds to make getting her into her appointments a bit easier. Always so keen to go the extra mile to make us owners and pets feel welcome and comfortable. Really a wonderful place. What a wonderful and welcoming vets. Once we moved from pets at home vets we realised what we had been missing. A special thanks to Izzy for her time and patience trying to help our gorgeous dog Monty. Unfortunately we had to make the decision to let him go to rainbow 🌈 bridge. Completely broke our hearts, the support and care we received was the best, so I would highly recommend izzy and this practice. It's not all about money with them, they truly care. Anna and Edda gave the best care to my gorgeous little hamster Buttercup. They were so gentle with her and treated her like any other pet. Towards the end of her life they gave me same day appointments when they knew she was suffering. I was and still am heartbroken that I've lost her but St kitts Basingstoke were so compassionate and understanding. They offered a really nice private cremation service , paw prints and sent a sympathy card out the blue which really makes you feel your pet was valued. Anna even found the time in her busy schedule to call me when I was really struggling with the loss. The receptionists are always so friendly and willing to help. Customer service here is above and beyond with such amazing compassionate staff.

Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. Watching her yesterday, enjoying her freedom again, was magical. Thankyou xx
