Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We have taken our 3 beautiful cockapoos here since they were puppies and they have been fantastic with them. Would highly recommend them to every pet owner.

My border terrier Monty slipped and injured his back and was having problems walking in his back legs. From the start everyone was fabulous, and his vet Louise was amazing, very reassuring, and professional. Monty is receiving the best care and doing really well!

An unplanned emergency trip due to Lily choking on a bit of biscuit. The receptionists immediately went to get help and took Lily directly out the back.After what seemed an age Millie called us in and said that Lily was ok after a spell in an Oxygen tent. I can't fault the team at Alresford,they are always friendly and helpful regardless of the reason.Its clear they care deeply about all their patients. Thank you from Lily and Daisy

Cedar took great care of our 10yr old JRT today as he underwent a (big) lumpectomy, we have always used cedar for both our JRT's & recieved nothing but the best. Here he is in the car on way home, strapped in looking like nothing happened! Thanks Cedar! Especially Millie Hopkins!

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. Thank you so so much for the team’s support. I truly recommend Bluebell Vets to any pet owner who seeks top notch care and treatment of their pet ❤️

We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

Wonderfully caring and compassionate team. Izzy has been twice now, once for an initial consultation with Vojciech and once for surgery with Natalie. I was was a little apprehensive as previous visits to another local vet haven’t been too positive, but I need not have worried. They were so kind and gentle with Izzy. They explained everything fully in great detail and I felt very reassured leaving her in their hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team at Bluebell.

I was recently recommended to Small World Vets, I run a small falconry business called Hampshire Hawk Walks and have 10 birds of prey, who's health and welfare are my absolute priority daily. I hadn't been able to find a vet with bird experience and knowledge, Agata and the team are absolutely excellent and I am comforted having their knowledge and expertise for my team, Communication is excellent and they give you the personal and caring approach that is sadly lacking from many practices now. A breath of fresh air. I have been recommending their services to all my bird owning friends.

It's always just such a positive experience coming here with my mischief of rats. Agata is absolutely fabulous, so knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things, keeps up to date with the latest research and even more importantly, also takes into account the emotional needs of my girls; it's this holistic view that makes all the difference for us and we couldn't be happier with the whole team's care and competency. Couldn't recommend Small World and Agata more highly.

I had an excellent experience with Phil. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to fully understand what’s going on with your pet. I was really impressed by his approach—he looks at the situation from multiple angles rather than jumping to conclusions. Phil was also very respectful and understanding of my role as a pet owner, ensuring I had choices rather than feeling pressured into a single course of action. Highly recommend!

Lovely veterinary surgery. Found through a recommendation online whilst searching for an Exotics Vet. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to fit our Chinchilla in for an appointment at short notice. Agata, the vet that saw Gus was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and keen to ensure I knew exactly what she was doing throughout his examination and why. She explained what he needed to help him get better, why and how the medication worked. We are due back next week for a follow up but I can ring any time if I’m concerned. I was really impressed with the surgery and all staff.

I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

I reluctantly had to change vets when I moved house, so reading Cedar Vets reviews along with the fact they are independent, I settled on them to care for my fur family and hoped for the best. Little did I know that within 3 weeks of registering, my beautiful black lab girl would be really poorly and require their help urgently. From the desk staff, to the nurses to the vets who had to sedate my girl to investigate a very tough intermittent problem, I couldn’t fault any of them. Communication was outstanding, they really made me feel like they cared and understood what I was going through. So reassuring. Thank you so much for confirming to me that I made the right decision moving to Cedar Vets. You were all so lovely to me and my girl, and I now have complete faith in your abilities to take the very best care of my babies should they need you in the future. And my girl is now fine, bouncing around as normal rocking a slightly weird (and cold) shaved belly. Nothing a coat can’t sort in this cold weather.

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

They took amazing care of my little dog, had a specialist consult with Ana and she had him in surgery that afternoon, he was incredibly well looked after in the days following the surgery and they have been happy to answer any emails or questions I’ve had since, he’s recovering remarkably well, extremely talented vets and great customer service. For our little fury family it’s worth the cost to be seen by true specialists

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

I took my neighbour's cat in last night just as the vets were closing. I knew she looked very unwell and was very old. We didn't have an appointment, I just called in a panic and they said to come straight there. They were so so kind to us. They stayed open late and did all they could for her. They were so good at updating me and calling her owner on the phone. Then they waited for me to get my daughter from work to say goodbye. They gave us tissues and cried with us. They were so kind to Angel the cat and all her humans. They worked out what was wrong and kindly explained to us all, over and over again, that we couldn't have done anything else and it was time to make her comfortable and let her go. Their kindness and empathy of all the staff, the vets and the receptionists really helped us at a very sad time and ensured that Angel's final moments were calm and stable with people who cared for her and we are very grateful to them all

On Christmas morning 2024, it was evident that our little boys time to leave us had come. This out of hours vets were invaluable on that day. Although I didn’t get there in time for them to help Huckleberry, they helped me more than they’ll know. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I absolutely recommend this vets.

Absolutely did not want to be there but the service we received was second to none. Kind, caring & considerate. The vet (sorry I cannot recall his name) who helped our Ronnie over the rainbow bridge was so quiet, calm & caring & gave us as much time as we needed. Ronnie's passing gave him the peace he deserved after fighting for so long & was very quiet & peaceful.

We called MiNightVet because our cat was limping quite badly and we wanted him seen quickly fearing a broken bone or infection. The service was excellent, I had an appointment inside an hour, the vet was friendly and professional, the diagnosis and my options regarding treatment were explained in detail and other advice was really helpful. It is not a cheap option, no vetinary treatment is, but given this was a Saturday Evening and my cat was given medication both at the vets and to take away, I felt it was a very reasonable charge and certainly preferable to seeing my little buddy in pain for the rest of the weekend. Great service and 5 stars from me.
