Gavin and his team completed a new GRP roof for our rear extension. Can't fault Gavin's knowledge and experience and quality of work. One of the key points which is often overlooked with building work at your property is the level of care and consideration given to your neighbours during the building period. Nothing but positive feedback from neighbours during and post the work, would recommend.

Gavin was extremely helpful. He came to look at our roof very quickly and when this proved not to be the cause of the damp in our house, didn’t charge us for this visit. He has previously done repair work on our roof and chimney stack, which we are very pleased with. I would recommend him.

Have used Gavin on two occasions, the first time was to replace around 20 Brazilian slates on our roof. Not a job he relished as Brazilian is about the worst slate you could use! Today, Gavin’s team replaced the flashing under our 1st floor bay window where we have been having problems with water ingress. Great job carried out the day after he gave me his quote. Would definitely recommend G T Roofing.

Gavin and his team came and saved us after water started pouring through our kitchen light fitting from our flat roof. They were able to fit us in within 2 days of it happening and came back to do 2 other jobs they consequently found in other places. He gave us great advice and provided a more expensive roof for less than I’d been quoted for a tin version. All work completed to a high standard within the timescales quoted. Also found the source of some stains we were seeing on the old wood soffits which was some cracked tiles so that saved me a leak in the future! Daren has so many good reviews and here is another 5 star one. We have only been able to see the work on our roof which he has carried out from ground level but everything looks great. One thing for which we commend him very specially is that after he had started the work he found that some parts of the job for which he had quoted were not in fact necessary. So the sum we paid was very significantly lower than his quote. We recommend him 100%.

We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

Daren and his colleague did a fantastic job of installing a conservation-style Velux roof window to our listed cottage. Also, they kindly repaired a hole in the roof they'd spotted that went beyond the agreed contract. They are very competitively priced, the work completed was to a high professional standard and they left the work areas spotless. The scaffolders were great, scaffolding was installed in advance and removed in a timely fashion. The whole process from quote through to installation and handover went very smoothly. Had the team over to fix some guttering, replace waterproofing trim and install some bird mesh. Really competitive price, very friendly chaps and polite throughout. They even managed to fix some extra elements we wanted doing that day for minimal cost! Would recommend.

John, Stewart and Mark were prompt, very tidy and did all that I asked of them. They resolved a problem that I thought couldn't be fixed. I had the guttering re-directed to the front of the property, disconnecting the original downpipe and discharging the rainwater to the front porch downpipe. They also replaced the piece of damaged soffit board caused by an old boiler, fitted new tile trays, 2 baskets and the spreader. It was a difficult job, and Stewart did well to get it done at all. I will use them again, very pleased with the outcome.

Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.

I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time. When Lee and his colleague arrived, they were both very friendly and professional, they did the repair, explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. Was recently recommended that I repair my flat roof by a surveyor. I was panicking as the bad weather was around the corner. I called “we know roofing” for a quote, they were very polite and came round the next day to give a quote for my leaking garden room roof. The quote which came through was competitive and a fixed price and I was told that if further issues were found that there would be no hidden costs. We arranged a mutually convenient date for them to start and the roofer’s who came were extremely polite and tidy, they worked hard and were very professional showing us pictures all the way along. I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff.
