Lee was amazing - he identified the issue quickly and efficiently. It was only a small job but he replaced the broken tiles and damaged felt there and then. He was very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and charged a very fair amount. Really happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.

I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time. When Lee and his colleague arrived, they were both very friendly and professional, they did the repair, explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. Very personable and price very reasonable especially for the end to end customer service you get. Definitely recommend!

Ross came over to look at several roofing issues – water leaking in around a skylight in the kitchen roof, damage to the verge on the same kitchen roof, and a leaking fibreglass roof on a garden gym. Ross took his time to assess each of the issues and gave detailed explanations of how he and his team would deal with them. Particularly with regards to repairing the fibreglass roof, the original installation / application had been shoddy (the roof lasted just over 3 years until we noticed water coming in down the back wall inside). Two subsequent attempts to repair the leak by applying Isoflex type products over the top had been unsuccessful (these attempts were by two different roofers in the space of a year, not DIY) so I was resigned to having to fork out for a whole new roof, as none of the other roofers who came out this time round to give me a quote were interested in carrying out a repair. They all said the same – couldn’t be repaired, new roof required with quotes varying anywhere between 4 – 6.5K. Some of them didn’t even bother to get their ladders out to inspect the current state of things up there. So I was pleasantly surprised when Ross said he believed a lot of the existing boards could be salvaged and he explained in detail how he would install a new layer over the top. I still asked him to quote me for worst case scenario as well, which he did, but he said he was confident that his installation on top of the existing boards would be sound and he had no concerns at all with guaranteeing his work. Ross’s team started work at my house a couple of weeks later and I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and respectful set of guys, they are a real credit to themselves and Ramsey Roofing. Most importantly, they worked swiftly and efficiently, their work was top quality and they left no mess behind at all. Ross took photos and videos of the work as it progressed and sent these to me after every visit so I could see what had been done without having to climb up and look myself. After past experiences, then coming across Ramsey Roofing online I was keen to engage them based on the many positive reviews they have received. Their services are in demand and there is a very good reason for this. I am glad I got them to do the work at my house and I would have no hesitation using them again, or recommending to others who need the services of a quality roofing company.

I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff.
