Sean and his team recently replaced our flat roof after another roofing company had done an appalling job, that only lasted just over a year. I was very cautious this time when I chose my roofing company, I received a number of quotes, prior to going a head with the work. Sean was by far the most professional and knowledgeable and really took his time to explane the process and reassure me after the nightmare experience I had before. I will definitely be recommending all time roofing to anybody I know who has any roofing issues.

Ross came over to look at several roofing issues – water leaking in around a skylight in the kitchen roof, damage to the verge on the same kitchen roof, and a leaking fibreglass roof on a garden gym. Ross took his time to assess each of the issues and gave detailed explanations of how he and his team would deal with them. Particularly with regards to repairing the fibreglass roof, the original installation / application had been shoddy (the roof lasted just over 3 years until we noticed water coming in down the back wall inside). Two subsequent attempts to repair the leak by applying Isoflex type products over the top had been unsuccessful (these attempts were by two different roofers in the space of a year, not DIY) so I was resigned to having to fork out for a whole new roof, as none of the other roofers who came out this time round to give me a quote were interested in carrying out a repair. They all said the same – couldn’t be repaired, new roof required with quotes varying anywhere between 4 – 6.5K. Some of them didn’t even bother to get their ladders out to inspect the current state of things up there. So I was pleasantly surprised when Ross said he believed a lot of the existing boards could be salvaged and he explained in detail how he would install a new layer over the top. I still asked him to quote me for worst case scenario as well, which he did, but he said he was confident that his installation on top of the existing boards would be sound and he had no concerns at all with guaranteeing his work. Ross’s team started work at my house a couple of weeks later and I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous and respectful set of guys, they are a real credit to themselves and Ramsey Roofing. Most importantly, they worked swiftly and efficiently, their work was top quality and they left no mess behind at all. Ross took photos and videos of the work as it progressed and sent these to me after every visit so I could see what had been done without having to climb up and look myself. After past experiences, then coming across Ramsey Roofing online I was keen to engage them based on the many positive reviews they have received. Their services are in demand and there is a very good reason for this. I am glad I got them to do the work at my house and I would have no hesitation using them again, or recommending to others who need the services of a quality roofing company.

I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time. When Lee and his colleague arrived, they were both very friendly and professional, they did the repair, explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.

I got 6 quotes, Robseal were not the most expensive & not the cheapest, no hidden costs, what I was quoted was what I was charged, no extra costs for skips or the insurance guarantee. Approach extremely professional, they bought commercial approach to my residential installation, they have multiple installation teams, I had 4 guys here for the 2 days it took. The teams that have come the house to do the fitting were exemplary. Fast, efficient, quiet as possible and respectful, there was no shouting around, just good work. Excellent result, highly recommended.
