I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. I have experienced no further issues with my roof ...and I can assure you it has been put to the test with the recent rainfall! Sean and his team recently replaced our flat roof after another roofing company had done an appalling job, that only lasted just over a year. I was very cautious this time when I chose my roofing company, I received a number of quotes, prior to going a head with the work. Sean was by far the most professional and knowledgeable and really took his time to explane the process and reassure me after the nightmare experience I had before. I will definitely be recommending all time roofing to anybody I know who has any roofing issues.

All Time Roofing were recommended to us by a friend in Woodley as All Time Roofing had replaced all their soffits and fascia's. Our friend told us All Time Roofing did a great job. We live some distance from Berkshire so we were a little reluctant to call them but I am glad we did. Sean and his team were happy to travel down to us and we are very happy with the work they did replacing our soffits, fascia's and guttering.

Charlie came out to us to look at a leak we had from the low-pitched roof in our extension that had causes some internal damage. He turned up as arranged and did a thorough investigation and inspection before letting me know what the issue was. Charlie offered the solution and costings as we needed new tiles and mortar applied to the gullies on the roof and we agreed a way forward. Charlie went to great lengths to match the style and colour of the replacement tiles to minimise any visual impact and travelled some distance to collect them. He returned bang on the arranged time to carry out the repairs and he was super polite with our neighbours when he was with us. Having finished the work you wouldn’t have known he’d been here as he was so meticulous in clearing up after him. With 24hrs I received an email from Charlie with images and videos of the issues he had identified and the work he had done to sort things out for us. I honestly can’t thank or praise Charlie enough for the work he has done and would, without a doubt, reach out to him again if needed. Polite, professional, skilled, timely, tidy and friendly. I got in touch with Quality Roofing to replace a roof tile which had blown off and smashed. I made one phone call to Lee, he was very helpful and knowledgeable which is reassuring and he confirmed a very quick turnaround time. When Lee and his colleague arrived, they were both very friendly and professional, they did the repair, explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy. Lee, Dave, and the team have been amazing. My elderly mother was quoted an eye watering amount for a relatively simple job of replacing some felt, battens, and tiles on a smallish section of roof that was letting in rain water. Dave gave a reasonable quote, put my mum at ease, and gave her an understandable explanation as to what needed to be done. The work was then done quickly, to the highest standard, and they even came back to fit new gutter clips that they didn't have to hand on the day. Mum was recovering from a hip operation and they even made sure strangers coming to her door were challenged! Couldn't recommend more, will be using again.
