Excellent, it was easy to get a quote up front and by sending the video you could get it confirmed. We had two lovely people arrive right on time and they did a great job at the clean, being very transparent and communicative to ask us up front about anything they should pay attention to, and again at the end for anything missed.

Reasonable price and impeccable work! When I moved in there was thick layer of limescale on the shower head which I thought was impossible to clean, and they cleaned it - made it look as good as new! I really cannot pick out one single bad detail of their work. Highly recommend!

I called The Local Cleaners in to do a last minute Deep Clean of my flat in Petersfield, they were expected to clean my oven, kitchen and bathroom. The work they did was brilliant, nothing was left untouched and they left the flat smelling clean and fresh 100% recommend.

We contacted Always Cleaned as my partner and I were moving into our first home together last year and we wanted some help getting it lovely and clean ahead of us moving in. Used BCC/WCC to clean my bins for a couple of years, got them to do gutters, then oven clean and now they also do our windows. We have used BCC for our bins for a number of years and for that I highly rate them (good value, regular, informative). I was looking to have my oven cleaned professionally - 20 plus year old oven, I keep it in an OK state but I thought I'd give it a treat. Inquiring, prices and booking was easy, Steve informed me the night before of his arrival time and I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of his work. He was thorough, clean (covered the floor with a tap) and careful. For the environments sake, we need to use household items longer and with BCCs help, my oven will keep looking like new!

I booked an End of Tenancy Clean for my bathroom and kitchen and the whole process from start to end was extremely smooth. I was quite worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone to clean the flat as it was right after the Christmas period, but Jonathan was extremely responsive and booked me in very quickly. The cleaners were very punctual, professional and very friendly. We needed a deep clean as we had been there several years, but the cleaners were very thorough and took a lot of care into making sure everything was spotless. The flat was left cleaner than when we had moved in. The pricing was also very reasonable and there was a clear list of things that they would be able to do for the price, which was very helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough! I emailed on a Wednesday for a quote and I was booked in for the Friday for an appointment! Cameron, the technician who arrived, was really professional and polite and was able to advise on the pet stain on the front room carpet, and treated it. The stain has disappeared! 🥳 He also cleaned a 6x3m carpet in another room, which was in a bad way. Have a look at the photo to see how amazing it looks now! Total cost was £75+VAT.
