I have been a regular weekly customer of Maid in Basingstoke for over 5 years. I cant recommend them enough. The cleaner(s) turn up with all the cleaning products they need including the vacuum cleaner. They do a thoroughly good job, and all the personnel I have encountered have been very friendly and efficient.

I recently had my home cleaned for an end of tenancy clean and the team did a fabulous job. I received back my full deposit (first time this has happened for me) and I could not have been happier. Very happy with the service from Dave who cleaned my oven, hob & extractor fan as well as Katey who helped with the booking process. Oven is the cleanest I have ever seen it and Dave very kindly replaced the filter (the sheet of paper - I don’t even know what it’s called!) in our extractor fan as our existing one was filthy.
