Alex was amazing, he responded to my plea for an urgent clean, so accommodating, arrived with the biggest smile and got to work! Attention to detail amazing, still don’t know how he got my bathroom radiator back to sparkling brand new look but can’t thank him enough for being a knight in shining armour after a stressful week with a guest that was staying with us disrespecting my hospitality!

I had my Attic cleared out by Alexander and his team I was blown away by the end result It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with Alexander he’s kind friendly and so helpful and trustworthy I left him my key whilst I was at work and when I came home it was all done he even hoovered the stairs of any dust that may of come out of the attic !! Beyond happy with the Job he did and would highly recommend him to others many thanks again for your hard work and professinalism .

We use JJL Cleaning and have loved having Jayleigh in our home. The cleaning is top notch, our shower screen has never been so clean. Jayleigh even copes with our Barry dog who has grown to love her. Walking in the front door and seeing it so clean and smelling lovely is a real treat.

Tom did a great job for us, painting our utility room. He has such a good attention to detail and really took the time to make sure the room was finished well. I have some issues affecting what paint and materials Tom could use but he was very accommodating and took time to check things for me too. Would highly recommend him.

Tom recently decorated our daughter’s bedroom (and fixed the many cracks and imperfections!) and did an absolutely fantastic job! From the moment of contact he was incredibly helpful and advised on the best paints and colours etc for the job. We used both carpet cleaning and deep cleaning services and were extremely pleased with the results. It's hard to keep on top of the cleaning to the level we would like, with family and full time jobs, so we decided to get a deep clean to help us with the things we usually can't spend much time on. The carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned when we moved to this house either, and having withstand 2 young children and a dog, we thought it was time to get it done too. Csaba was really helpful and professional all the way through from first contact. They were very meticulous and thorough and delivered an excellent service. The carpets look like new, I didn't imagine the improvement would be this marked, and the cleaning was top quality. I would highly recommend their services!

We have used Palazzo several times and always found them to be reliable and thorough. Recently they did a big end-of-tenancy clean for us. There was an accidental spillage of a cleaning chemical on our tiled floor. Christian spent a long time and a lot of effort correcting this, and in fact re-finishing the entire floor so that it was not uneven. Really impressed by his dedication and attention to detail. I would very strongly recommend this company.
