We have only just changed across to Crystal View Cleaning and I must say we were not disappointed. Their attention to detail and wish to deliver an exceptionally high standard of professional quality end product to meet the customers needs was evident from start to finish. Ashley was thorough and responded to all our needs for a full external clean of gutters (also vacuumed), downpipes, soffits, fascias, conservatory, windows and all pvc frames. The use of the Pure Water system has also left our windows truly clean and sparkling. We also had the delightful Emily undertake the cleaning of all our internal windows. What a bonus getting internal and external done together. She was so considerate of our property, taking care wherever she went and delivered an exceptional service. All round Crystal View Cleaning are a professionally run family business which focuses on delivering high quality services at very competitive and reasonable prices. Their communication is very good and you know 24 hrs ahead of timed scheduled visits and they keep to time. We are delighted and have signed up for twice yearly internals and regular six weekly external clean. We wholeheartedly recommend this very trustworthy Company to not only meet but exceed your expectations.

I’ve always been delighted with the fabulous work of James and Ashley on the external windows. Friendly, professional, tidy and reliable- however I have now had the pleasure of meeting Emily too. Such a delight to speak to and she has done an amazing job on the inside of my windows - gleaming now. Great team work guys! :) Would definitely recommend.

I approached James about gutter cleaning and within 24 hours he had visited site to provide a full quotation, shared alongside a video to highlight exactly what would be covered in the job. Olly and his team have been doing my windows for the past six years and they are brilliant. Once a year they also do my conservatory roof too. They are professional and courteous and very reasonably priced. Nothing is ever too much trouble. When my gutter starting leaking recently I knew exactly who to call. Olly got straight back to me within an hour and investigated and sorted the problem within a day! They really are super heroes disguised as window cleaners, Thank you Olly and Tom!!

I have never used Lee before and am very glad I did. He went over and above what I had expected. The Orangery roof has been cleaned before but not to this standard. I will certainly be asking Lee to do this again for me. His standard of work was excellent and he kept checking I was happy with his work, which I was. Nothing was too much trouble. I have even asked him to help with other work around the property and and will be more than happy for him to to the work. He is a safe and conscientious worker. Thank you Lee for such a fantastic job.

Lee did a fantastic job with cleaning out the gutters / cleaning the outside and all of my windows this morning. Everything is shining and clean now. He was prompt and efficient, explaining all that he would be doing and sharing with us the work he had done. He was incredibly polite and couldn’t do enough. I just bought a house which I doubt has ever had an exterior clean since new, but Chris from RW Cleaning made my gutters fascias, soffits, windows and conservatory look like new!! I meant to leave a review last year, but life got in the way! I was very pleased with the work done to the exterior of my (rented) house (both front and back) - and the driveway - and patio + deck in Sept/Oct 2023. I gave the guys a bit of a challenge in that the exterior hadn't been cleaned for quite a while. But they did a fabulous job. It hasn't looked that good in years! Recommended.

Myself and three other neighbours had our roofs cleaned and sealed. I would like to say from the first phone call that I had with Richard he was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything to me also when I decided to go with Dixie clean he sent all certificates over of the staff and health and safety etc. the lads turned up on time and they were very polite and well mannered. they also made sure that all the other neighbours were Aware of what they were doing and any mess that was made would be cleaned afterwards, including their windows gardens paths etc. we couldn’t of asked for a better service. They made sure that everything was covered in surrounding areas and protected also health and safety guidelines were followed. Also from the start of the job to the finish of the job they explained what they were doing as they went along they done an amazing job on the roofs.. They look as if they’re brand-new. Also the cleanup was amazing. They washed everybody’s windows conservatories walls, doors, paths, even the neighbours that hadn’t had the job done they made sure that the windows and gardens were clean. all the neighbours comment on how good they were also I would definitely recommend to have the smart seal put on the roof. and last of all I would definitely recommend Dixie clean.

DixeyClean, came highly recommended, they use top notch products and did a safe soft-wash and clean of our roof. Our roof was replaced several years, but had become partially covered in light moss and algae. The lads who did the work did a amazing job, respectful, no damage, a thorough clean of the roof and facias. Nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up the debris and work area after. Impressed with the attention to detail and results afterwards, our roof is like new. No pushy sales process, everything explained and detailed in email.

Just want to say how impressed I was with the results of the clean – genuinely did not expect the results to be as good as they were! So much so that I hadn’t took any before and after photographs, fortunately the company did! As a side note, the weather yesterday was really poor so firstly a massive thank you for the perseverance and professionalism of the guys, my wife (and I) were pretty impressed. John and Dylan arrived exactly on time & worked tirelessly cleaning the gutters, soffits & down pipes, removing leaves from & cleaning a carport inside & out & the same with a polycarbonate roof over a garden side room. The terrace and decks were powerwashed & treated & now look like new again which was beyond my best expectations. The guys were professional, polite & friendly & a pleasure to have working here, they did a tremendous job that I am delighted with having given me back a house/terrace to be proud of.
