We started to use Phoenix Office Cleaning following a recommendation from another supplier. Two years in and we have not been disappointed. The cleaning service itself is very good indeed. The communication with Phoenix is also excellent. We had to altar the frequency of visits as number of times through the various lock downs and Phoenix has been very accommodating. Phoenix Office Cleaning have been very helpful with the services they offer. We have used Phoenix Cleaning for many years to clean our church, offices and hall. They do a great job and have been so helpful and flexible over the whole COVID period. It was reassuring when we had a case in one of our hall users that they were able to come and do a deep clean and we didn't have to worry about finding out the regulations in force. Also we do not need to worry about cleaners being on holiday as they provide someone else for these times. With Phoenix we can trust them to get on and do the job and we don't have to worry about it at all.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of service . The end of tenacy clean left the house and carpets looking spotless. it took the pressure off having to clean the house ourselves and were able to concentrate on moving into our ne home. I would thoroughly recommend the service

Alex was amazing, he responded to my plea for an urgent clean, so accommodating, arrived with the biggest smile and got to work! Attention to detail amazing, still don’t know how he got my bathroom radiator back to sparkling brand new look but can’t thank him enough for being a knight in shining armour after a stressful week with a guest that was staying with us disrespecting my hospitality!

I had my Attic cleared out by Alexander and his team I was blown away by the end result It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with Alexander he’s kind friendly and so helpful and trustworthy I left him my key whilst I was at work and when I came home it was all done he even hoovered the stairs of any dust that may of come out of the attic !! I picked All Surface Cleaning on the basis of the reviews I read and have not been disappointed! Gareth was completely professional from our first contact and worked hard to produce an amazing result. Our house was transformed and looks like it has been freshly painted. The moss covered conservatory roof is unrecognizable now. A great service and worth every penny. I've already recommended him to friends.

I've just had my gutters, fascias, soffits & windows cleaned by Gareth. He also cleaned up all the black spots from my patio, looks brand new again. Would highly recommend Gareth, he came round and did a fantastic job, cleaned and treated my very neglected block paved driveway that was covered in weeds and moss. Also cleaned my whole house, (cladding, windows, guttering, and fascias) It looks like a different house and new driveway. The staff are lovely, always so professional and their standards are second to none, they care about what they do and it is important to them that you are happy with their work, nothing is too much trouble for them. Also their flexibility should you need to change something, again they will always accommodate, making sure you their customer is happy at all times.
