It has taken me a little while to leave this review. We contacted Always Cleaned as my partner and I were moving into our first home together last year and we wanted some help getting it lovely and clean ahead of us moving in. Communication ahead of the clean was clear and friendly. The work itself was carried out professionally and to a very high standard, it was a weight off our mind to feel that this task was sorted out amid all the other stuff we had going on. I can't recommend them highly enough, they did a great job and we would definitely use them again in the future.

I found this firm after having a bad first experience hiring cleaners recently elsewhere. I have no choice in my current situation and had to hire out cleaners. Due to my negative experience elsewhere I was hesitant to believe if all google reviews are real on a lot of firms. However, I can safely say the positive reviews are reflecting my own experience today. Started with quick and clear communication with the office and a competitive price quoted. The two cleaners that turned up were friendly, helpful but most importantly did a great job deep cleaning my kitchen which was left dirty by previous tenant. I am glad I took a chance here and would recommend them to others looking for professional cleaners.

I have used Mikaela and her cleaners for many years now as she cleaned for both my parents before they passed. Mum and Dad never had a less than brilliant clean, even at the shortest notice. Before we put the house on the market, I asked Mikaela to put a team together at very short notice to get the house ready for the brochure photographs. The job they did was absolutely superb and made the place look like a show home. Three cleaners worked for 10 hours solid on the house, and even steam cleaned the carpets, as well as cleaning the oven and fridges. They went well over both the price and time that was quoted for the job, but the original quote was honoured nonetheless. Received a very professional end of tenancy clean from Top Cleaning. Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. They completed all the items on their checklist and did a very good clean of the oven and carpet. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a EoT deep clean.

Gareth has just transformed our house in the matter of one day. Cream render and white guttering which was looking very grubby indeed is now pristine and the house looks amazing. It's a period house, and he was very careful as he worked. He went above and beyond and I am so pleased. This is the second time we have used Jamie to clean our oven due to his outstanding work the first time, over a year ago. Jamie is extremely friendly, passionate about what he does and gets to know his clients personally, remembering conversations from previous visits. The level of oven cleanliness afterwards is amazing! I never knew you could make an oven sparkle again after being so dirty! Reasonable price and impeccable work! When I moved in there was thick layer of limescale on the shower head which I thought was impossible to clean, and they cleaned it - made it look as good as new! I really cannot pick out one single bad detail of their work. Highly recommend!
