HeatXpert fitted our boiler last year and did a fantastic job and I subsequently recommended them to my son who also had a boiler installed in his house by Tom and his team. A few days ago a leak developed in our hearing system (not connected with the boiler installation), and HeatXpert reacted very swiftly and competently repaired the pipe with minimum of fuss and disruption. A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out. Booked Alix in to install a 2 Bar Stuart Turner pump as my shower pressure was none existent. Pricing was fair and very competitive and the job was done in only a few hours. Will be using again for future jobs.

Alix and his team came and fixed our leak in the soil pipe by fitting a new length of plastic pipe & also a new stopcock for turning off the water. All tested thoroughly to ensure no leaks from the system. Excellent quality of work & great service.

Rory and Dave recently fitted a new boiler and bathroom towel radiator in my home. From my first meeting with Rory, I was impressed with these guys. I’d lost confidence in my previous plumber so took a chance on Options. Let’s be honest - no one wants to spend a lot of money on a new boiler unexpectedly but Rory and Dave made the experience less painful! I can't recommend All Plumbing Services Ltd Newbury more highly. They installed a very efficient new boiler and water tank for our 7 bedroom house with absolutely no hiccups. It was a big job and one that potentially could have had many issues. They were clean, tidy and incredibly professional. They also liaised with the company that installed the new oil tank to ensure that all of the key requirements were aligned with this part of the project. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The difference with All Plumbing Services in comparison to other plumbing services is that they are supported by an incredibly efficient team in the office that expertly field all calls that come in and deal with each one in a superbly professional manner. Excellent service from APS Ltd. Clear communication from the offset and nice to speak to human beings rather than queue to speak to a chatbot. Our installer, Daniel, did an excellent job and explained everything in a straightforward manner and cleaned up after himself. This experience reminded me that going local on a friend's recommendation is often the best choice rather than going for one of the "big boys" with a flashy website. Shout out to Tanya too!

For a year with no heating, 4 different engineers repeatedly failed to fix our boiler. Adam came in, straight away he correctly diagnosed the issue and had it up and running in no time. He was professional, punctual and a pleasure to have in the house. We are very happy to recommend him.

Adam has done a number of small but important jobs for us. These have included a gas boiler service where he gave clear explanations and carried out additional tests of the heating system that identified a failed expansion tank. When the central heating pump failed in cold weather, Adam came immediately and replaced the old pump quickly with one he had in his van. Excellent work; recommended.

Needed a unvented hot water cylinder replacing along with some ugly plumbing left by a previous plumber, called Adam at Ecoace who was more than happy to help, extremely knowledgeable and professional, very reasonably priced. Heating works 10x better than before and my boiler temperature is only turned up halfway (instead of flat out ) plumbing looks 100% better and I’m sure my bills will come down as I don’t have to run everything flat out, would definitely recommend, thanks Adam from a warm happy household

Matt has completed two jobs for us - an annual boiler service and the replacement of the thermostatic radiator valves. On both occasions he was punctual, communicated well, went "above and beyond" with a couple of little add ons, was efficient, polite, neat and tidy. Overall I have no doubts about recommending Matt - he delivers very good quality workmanship and represents good value for money.

Team was hired for a complete kitchen renovation. New flooring, wall tiles and a Wren supplied kitchen including appliances were installed. My new kitchen is beautiful. They obviously take pride in their work and they left the place spotless.

Simon has been servicing and maintaining my boiler for the last 4 years or so and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Sadly this time I took the decision it wasn't cost effective to repair my 16 year old boiler and Simon has now installed a new boiler for me. Easy to arrange, excellent communication, and arrived as promised for the next day time slot.
