A couple of week's ago, I had a problem with my central heating system and not much heat coming through the radiators. Ben came at a convenient time and fixed the problem explaining everything. He also balanced the radiators and now the whole house is warm and toastie. Ben is a very polite and extremely professional individual and Niki has been very helpful during the whole communication process in organising the dates for the work to be carried out. I thank both Ben and Niki for their commitment to completing the work and wouldn't hesitate in calling them up again. Thank you!

Ben has looked after my plumbing needs for almost 20 years. Last week I asked him to replace the taps in my downstairs toilet to the latest quarter turn valves.
