I booked a visit from Gareth to quote for our job , he came on time and did a thorough survey . He quoted a good price and in an acceptable time frame which we agreed on. Gareth arrived to do the work on time and with all the right tools and equipment and completed the work without any issues additionally Gareth kept the work area clean and removed all the waste on completion. He tested everything to ensure compliance with legislation and a few days later we received the GasSafe Certification he had organised. Thanks Hurford Heating ,wish life was always this simple, straightforward and good !

I called Gareth as I had experienced issues with my boiler and, in addition it needed a service. Gareth arrived when he said he would and ensured the boiler was back up and running without an issue and serviced it for me. He talked me through what he was doing / had done and ensured everything was left as he had found it when finished.

Gareth is excellent. Offers advice. Finishes to an exceptional standard. Covers both heating and plumbing/bathroom remodelling a bathroom and repairing my boiler. Professional and timely. Great value. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I would absolutely recommend Huw. 4 days without heating and hot water. Huw attended and diagnosed a sludged up boiler. He went above and beyond to flush it, replace parts, install upgrades and all for half the price I thought it was going to be. He's amazing, full of knowledge, polite, witty, explains things really well and is the cleanest engineer I've ever met. I would not hesitate in using him again. Thanks Huw. Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Huw is very good with his appointment dates and information on timekeeping. He is a good communicator. He is a good knowledgeable worker, careful with property, clean and tidies up after his work.

Charlie came to fix my radiators and today FaceTimed me to ensure I got my boiler up and running. He didn’t want to leave the call until he was sure it was all working for me, very kind man, both times I’ve needed help he’s responded immediately. We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Didn’t even want a cup of tea, even though I offered them one on numerous occasions! They pushed on and had the job done by the end of the day. I’d have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to someone else. 5*

Craig has finished a few jobs for us now, disconnected our gas fire, installed a radiator and moved an existing radiator. We could not recommend him enough. He's really knowledgeable, efficient, polite and respectful.

Sometimes things don't go to plan, we have all had days like this haven't we. Toby and crew attended when our boiler threw a complete wobbler just days before Christmas and after a lot of checking, head scratching, cross checking and calls so the manufacturer support, managed to find the issue and get us back warm and toastie again. I fear many others would have simply written the boiler, heat exchanger or the circuit board off, meaning a bill into the £1000s, but Thorne & Thorne Ltd know their stuff and that's why we have been using Toby and team for over 10 years. Cant recommend highly enough.

I had my bathroom done by Toby and his team. The result was so amazing. I just love My new bathroom.I can't thank them enough for there hard work and commitment.Toby put my heating in years ago. He is so friendly and nothing is any trouble for him,and helped me out a few times. Also Rachel kept me informed with the progress of what was happening and going on. They are all a lovely team.

Mums heating system started malfunctioning on Wednesday, called to see if someone could come out. An engineer was in the area so was able to be with us within the hour. A gault was diagnosed and also comleted a boiler service. Absolutely brilliant! Unfortunately the following day there was no heating again, called mid morning and an engineer was able to come out and sort another issue. All up and running. Again superb service at such short notice. Cannot be faulted. All in all "Absolutely Brilliant Service " Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Had a new toilet and sink and cabinet replaced in our downstairs loo. Rachel in the office was very helpful and the fitters did a great job and were very clean and tidy.

My shower screen exploded. Pete was highly recommended by AXA insurance so I called him and he came out the same day. Very polite and knowledgeable, he sent me the quote that evening. After the claim was agreed Pete came out and completed the work. Absolutely wonderful job and very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Pete did an excellent job of completely refurbishing my bathroom. He was on time and worked long days to complete the job in a timely manner. At the end of every day he left everything tidy.

Pete installed a new central heating boiler in our bungalow. His quotation was competitive and he amended it quickly when we wanted to change to a Hive programmer. Our original boiler was very old and was more difficult to remove than anticipated. Pete got the old boiler out and everything was up and running in two days. He is easy to deal with and very competent. I would use him again.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Needed a plumber fairly urgently as couldn't use either basin or bath due to a very blocked waste pipe. Paul arrived the next day and did a wonderful job of unblocking also replaced a very worn u-bend. A nice polite man will use him again if ever needed.

Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. I would have been absolutely lost with out Luke .He went several extra miles to make sure I had heating and water after I foolishly did not register my boiler for warranty.luke sorted it all out quickly ! He then did my bathroom which I love ! He was clean tidy ,polite and professional.Would definitely recommend!

Our old boiler finally stopped worked in December 2019. With no spare parts available JP plumbing fitted a new one at short notice and a reasonable price. Very professional and helpful throughout.
