There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. James has done a few small plumbing jobs for us at our business premises and has just completed our downstairs loo refit at home. He is always brilliant and we would highly recommend him. We had boiler issues over Christmas and despite their family being on a Christmas break, they went out of their way to come and fit a new boiler for us. They offered options, helping us pick a good deal to suit our budget. Honest, friendly and professional guy. Jake was recommended after my boiler failed. He came to inspect the boiler the same day I called as he was passing by. The boiler was 15 years old and Jake gave the option of fixing the broken part (which would be expensive) or replacing the whole boiler. We decided to replace the boiler (no pressure either way from Jake with very honest options and advice). Within two weeks our new boiler was fitted. He even talked my three year old son through the process and was very patient with his constant questions. Very reasonably priced and great communication. Will definitely be recommending Jake to anyone in need and will be using him in the future. Great service.

Very happy with the work Paul completed for us today. An old lead pipe had sprung a small but worsening leak. We sent new forest plumbing 24/7 message on Saturday night and received a message back from Paul on Sunday saying he could come out on Monday morning. We sent a photo of the leaky pipe and he said he could sort it no problem despite it being an old lead pipe in a tight corner with no room to move. Paul started work immediately and job was done in just a couple of hours. Really happy with Paul and the quality of his work. Highly recommended!!

Foolishly I drilled through a water pipe while fixing flor boards. Paul came within half an hour of calling, repaired the leak (and put right a bad piece of plumbing done by a previous plumber) and gave me several pieces of plumbing advice for which I was very grateful. I've used Ross multiple times now to do various plumbing jobs that I've had in the past. He's always been quick to come round to give a quote, which I've always found to be reasonable. I've never been messed around with dates, if he says he's coming to do the job on a day, he'll do the job, none of this making excuses and changing dates. The jobs have always been completed to a high standard without needing call backs unless a replacement part has failed in which case he's always been happy to come back. Would be happy to recommend.
