Cannot fault the service from Tidal Heating. We had no heating or hot water & they came out straight away, even though they were fully booked. Lee fixed the problem straight away. Maxine & all of the other staff are a pleasure to speak to. Cannot recommend enough.

Ross was great and super friendly! Had a leak from my water heater and he came in same day, identified the problem within a couple of minutes and ordered the parts. Before he left he fixed the leak so it didn’t continue to get the flat wet. Came back about a day later once the parts had come in and fixed the problem before his coffee had a chance to cool down! Very knowledgeable and charged a very good price. Would 100% recommend. Will be asking him to come back to help me with some other bits around the flat.

From the very start James was always on time, responsive to every call and reliable. One of the most professional trades people I have met - ensuring the work area was tidied every single day, to changing his plans to suit when our bathroom design changed. Never made a fuss even if some of the workload increased and took any issues in his stride. James kept us updated throughout the build with progress and anything he found which needed input he made sure he spoke to us to confirm. The standard of James’s work is extremely high and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I cannot recommend James enough. I would gladly use him again and wish there were more like him out there.

Mid-2021: In 2021, we had several plumbing jobs completed by James including fitting a kitchen tap, bathroom tap and fitting a sink waste. James came out and priced the work as agreed and came back with a competitive price. He arrived to do the work on time and did a brilliant job. Great communication, friendly, professional and all work done to a very high standard. Highly recommended. We're looking forward to him working on a bigger project later in the year. Late 2021: Well, our second project is complete and James has done a fantastic job. We are so pleased. Workmanship second to none. Another competitive price and all work to very high standard and on time. Every plumber should strive to be like James. Many thanks again. Look forward to you returning for project #3 in May 2022. Mid 2022: we’ve recently had James back to renovate our main bathroom. As with the cloakroom, James did a fantastic job. The work was completed professionally, to the quoted price and on time. There’s a reason why it’s so hard to book James! From start to finish, James is professional, friendly and, above all, he takes so much pride in his work. Upon visiting the company he recommended for the fixtures and fittings, it’s clear that he has earned a lot of respect from other professionals too. Our bathroom looks fantastic and the tiling is perfect. It was fascinating watching the whole process and especially the precision of his tiling work. I couldn’t have asked for a better result!

I have just had an unvented cylinder system installed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the house was kept clean throughout the time they were here. We had Charlie and his apprentice Adam come and fit a new boiler for us. They had a late start due to the boiler arriving a bit late. People always comment and complain when they’re not happy but these guys deserve a shout out for being great. They were brilliant; hard working, clean, tidy and polite. Didn’t even want a cup of tea, even though I offered them one on numerous occasions! They pushed on and had the job done by the end of the day. I’d have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to someone else. 5*

Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job.

Honest, friendly and professional guy. Jake was recommended after my boiler failed. He came to inspect the boiler the same day I called as he was passing by. The boiler was 15 years old and Jake gave the option of fixing the broken part (which would be expensive) or replacing the whole boiler. We decided to replace the boiler (no pressure either way from Jake with very honest options and advice). Within two weeks our new boiler was fitted. He even talked my three year old son through the process and was very patient with his constant questions. Very reasonably priced and great communication. Will definitely be recommending Jake to anyone in need and will be using him in the future. Great service.

Alan recently provided leak detection services for me including invasive access. The team spent a considerable amount of time both on the phone prior to booking and whilst at the property discussing the issue and to establish potential causes before removing floors. The job investigation was completed faster than expected and most importantly my property was treated with absolute respect, to the point where its hard to tell the reinstated floor was even taken up.
