I called Steve on Monday morning with a flea problem. He was prompt, polite and very affordable! Having phoned round other pest controllers who were very expensive and couldn't come out for days I was so relieved to find Steve. He has completely got rid of the pesky fleas in one treatment and offered lots of advice and information with a smile. Me being the worrier I am I've phoned him a couple of times since for reassurance and he has always been more than happy to take my call. I highly recommend him I'm a very satisfied customer. Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Communication was great and he proved very knowledgeable and honest in his professional advice. We will surely use him when we decide to go ahead with this work.

We had a rats infestation and within 3 weeks, it was sorted. Professional staff and they also helped us preventing it to happen again. We really recommend that if you start seing or hearing rats in your house, call someone straight away as it avoids more damage within the house.

What brilliant service! After hearing scurrying noises in the loft I contacted SCPC and Frank came out the next day, and carried out a thorough survey of my roof space and drains. I could not recommend him more highly.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

Wasp nest. Wessex pest control attended and covered nest in powder. Said if any wasps seen alive in 2 days contact office but all dead with 24hrs. Easy payment too
