Thank you so much! ASW pest control specialists Ltd gave such a brilliant service. They came to remove a wasp nest lodged inside the wall of our house and another hornets nest in the back garden tree which after many failed attempts to safely and humanely remove both myself, they handled in one day and we haven’t seen any wasps or hornets again since. Very fairly priced, very quick and efficient and exceptionally gracious and understanding aftercare customer service from Jamie as I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid the invoice and forgot to pay it again after he reminded me. Came back home from holiday to an infestation of field mice in a number of rooms and cupboards in our house. From our very first phone call to SCPC we got great service and advice. Paul Brown, the technician who visited and dealt with the problem, was very thorough, knowledgeable and caring, and clearly enjoyed his work. A great representative for the company. We are now mouse free, and following Paul's advice for preventing future infestations. Would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the professional service that was given by Frank from SCPC. He visited my elderly mum’s house with a view of fitting a rat flap in the main drain, however, after initial investigations with the use of a camera, he concluded that firstly we would need some maintenance work to be carried out on the drain to enable the rat flap to be fitted. He recommended a reliable colleague who could carry out this work for us. Lastly, although we offered to pay for the visit Frank wouldn’t take any payment. My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours. Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of. Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team.

I panicked when I found evidence of carpet beetle at home and as it turned out l was highly allergic to them. After contacting two firms and explaining, they didn’t come back to me. I then found Jimi and he was so calming, understanding and pleasant on the phone and best of all could do the extermination the next day. He was just as nice in person and was very prompt and friendly. We don’t yet know if the pests are gone for sure of course, but are certain Jimi has done his best. He explained everything clearly and answered what must’ve been to him pretty trivial questions. The house smelled amazing afterwards too!

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Called with a dangerous wasp nest and they were so helpful fitting it in. Came the same afternoon which was a relief for my old dad. I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.

Excellent service. Within an hour of calling Urban Pest Control John had dealt with a wasps nest in the garden. There are no signs of any wasps now but it was reassuring to know that John would come back if needed and at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

On second day of working, landscapers in our garden (22 Oct) disturbed a second wasp nest in two days. Despite having to re-jig an already packed work schedule, Josh from UPC arrived within an hour of my call and tackled and removed the nest. Excellent service delivered by professional and very personable staff. Cannot praise UPC too highly and actually they were also the best price I was quoted. Definitely now firmly on my call-out list and top of recommendations to friends and family.

Terry is a true professional, I discussed an issue with him and when I spotted the culprit squirrel he came straight round discussed the ways forwards and how to also prevent future infestations. His knowledge was exemplary and having dealt with other pest control companies it’s clear Terry is the best in the trade. If you have any need for pest control services then Terry is the only contact you need! Our problem is now resolved at a really reasonable price :)

Very prompt response to a internal rat problem. Totally on top of what he was doing - very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonable prices - definitely NOT a rip-off - very reasonable - his first bill covered first and second visit a week later to check and confirm solution. Really knows his stuff, Identified the location of the drain which was being used by the rats and specific solution to the problem. Returned a week later to check. 100% sorted! Great guy and cute Terrier dog who sniffed out (just by scent - not inside the drain!) which drain(s) the rats were getting into the house. 110% service and smile - recommend to anyone with rat problem.

We have Rats occasionally due to a neighbor kindly over feeding birds and the excess food attracting mice and rats. Terry provided a very professional service using safe secure locked boxes. We understand rodents can access the boxes but the boxes are designed to prevent cats and other wildlife from being affected. The rodent issues were resolved very quickly at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry and Max our issues are resolved.

We had a problem with rats in our loft. Jamie quickly identified some potential access points (that I would never have thought possible) and a couple of weeks after blocking these off our problem seems to be solved! Jamie is extremely helpful, knowledgable and very responsive. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
