We had a wasp nest worryingly close to our children’s trampoline and playroom. Rob came out the next day, he fully explained what stage the wasps were at and although the wasps were no danger to us at this time they would be more of a problem in the near future. He quickly and safely dealt with them and waited for 15 mins or so to ensure it was completely effective. Great service Rob, thanks very much. 100% recommend!

Rob gave us a really impressive service. He came out at a moment's notice late on Sunday afternoon to deal with a wasp's nest which had fallen in through our bathroom roof leaving a room full of wasps as well as the nest to deal with within the roof. It was a frightening experience and the willingness with which he came and dealt with it was a massive relief. The fact he only charged us his normal rate was even more remarkable. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! Extremely efficient and good value service. The guy came out the day after I contacted him, laid some bait and showed me where the rats were entering the house. Two follow-up visits were included in the initial price, and I'm happy to say that the rat problem has gone. Highly recommended.

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Communication was great and he proved very knowledgeable and honest in his professional advice. We will surely use him when we decide to go ahead with this work.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. My parents used him a few years ago at their house and he helped them tackle their issue very quickly as well as easing everyone’s anxieties around the problem. We have now used him in our house and he has been extremely helpful at helping us be rodent free. He’s extremely knowledgeable, has time and loads of Patience! We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

Nat was recommended to me by a friend to help with a rodent problem. He was extremely helpful and efficient, as well as being a really nice bloke. Nat carried out a full survey of the house and garden, investigating any possible access points and explaining how rodents move around and how they may have got in. He laid some dog-friendly bait in one area and some stronger bait in another area and explained how it would work and what to expect - including any smell. He even recommended things I could buy to help with the smell. He also made some recommendations of actions to be taken at possible access sites to prevent the problem reoccurring. A lovely man providing an excellent all-round service. I can highly recommend.

Nat arrived within ten minutes of our phone call to deal with a very active wasps nest. He located the point they were entering within another five minutes and had dealt with the problem within another ten ...so all together from start to finish about half an hour ! - excellent service...just have to wait for them to die and leave us in peace!! Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn't find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points - the one under the bath was the one - something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.

I used Pest Shop Boys during summer to help with keeping rats out of the house. They were much more thorough than a previous company we used, reasonably priced and coordinated with myself and my upstairs neighbours to ensure the whole building was sorted. They concluded they thought it was the drains so they fitted a valve and it's been a few months now and so far so good! Darren and Jacinta were very friendly and helpful and reassuring. From start to finish of our “rat” journey Pest Stop Boys were a brilliant company. Myself and neighbour had a rat infestation, they were in the walls and under floors between our houses. Darren arrived and we instantly felt reassured. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt like he was “on our side” and fighting this battle with us. He undertook an extensive review of the house, garden, drains and lofts. He made two return visits and fitted a one way valve in drain outside, lay poison and also filled holes we discovered in kitchen. Pest Stop were super responsive and made return visits until we were reassured we had won the war! I was also incredibly impressed at how their services were priced in comparison to other pest controls… Thank you Pest Stop Boys.. we are now sleeping peacefully again.
