Tony from All Aspects Pest Control was absolutely incredible, especially with his thorough investigation of the root cause. His use of phosphorescent powder and a comprehensive camera survey of the sewers was meticulous and effective. Tony was impeccable with his timing and professionalism. He patiently talked me through every step, explaining his process with honesty and clarity. Tony was absolutely diligent in his approach. He meticulously and successfully pursued his plan to find the entry and exit points used by the rodents, employing phosphorescent powder to track following a camera survey of the sewer system, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend this company, and Tony specifically, unreservedly. So very different to the usual attitude of put poison down, go away, return, put down more poison and charge a fortune for the privilege!

I was chasing something to keep the pigeons off the Solar panels. But putting it off, not wanting the grief getting quotes and working out the good or bad!!! Tried from recommendation from our local Facebook group! Fast response friendly service keeping me updated on what was going on, delayed first visit due to bad weather, unsafe conditions (good plus for me, caring about the staff) installation on agreed time, clean left no rubbish photos taken and shown of the work at the end! Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material.
