Elle replied to my email regarding a wasp nest promptly, providing me with the cost of the work. She was able to send someone the next day. Todd arrived the next day and was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He treated the nest externally and it only took about ten minutes. Afterward he took the time to explain what would happen next and answered our questions. I would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

I have used Pestbusters on several occasions over the last 25 years and have always received excellent service.Tim was my first contact and was very knowledgable and sympathetic to what for many people is a distressing and frightening experience.I have had squirrels in my loft space on several occasions and Pestbusters have always managed to get rid of them.Tim’s son is now part of the business and is as polite and helpful as his Dad.I would highly recommend them.

We contacted HWPC for a potential issue with rats in our garage. John replied quickly and came out the same day, he was supportive of the situation, quickly confirmed our suspicions and offered the best advice on how to deal with it. John was clear regarding pricing and effectiveness of varying options, laid traps and sealed our garage up that day. John also came back a week later to check in. John went above and beyond our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. A job well done. I'm the first to get overly frustrated with an inability to talk to a person directly when engaging with any service provider but that cannot be said of Laura in the office at PGH. She was true to her word. When she said she'd ring back......she did. She was informed, easy to engage with and a definite plus as a point of first engagement with this firm. The technicians turned up on time and the job was done professionally with minimal fuss and disruption. In the course of the works I met Dan, Emily and Andre all of whom were excellent and dealt with the pests such that they are no longer a problem to me. I did have reason to ask for one small piece of work to be done again and the resulting communication and follow up service was prompt, hassle free and without any quibbling which was refreshing. I have no hesitation in recommending PGH and their team for what sadly now seems to an all too common a problem with rodent and pest control. Thank you.
