We a a rat problem one got in to the inner wall and loft there came and sorted this problem out with in 3 visits . We paid extra for full drain inspection and they found out how they were getting in . highly recommend this company

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Contacted Lee as we add an issue with rodents on the loft and inside a cavity wall, he was able to visit on the same day which we really appreciated. Lee kept us informed regarding his methods and what to expect. Three weeks after the initial call, Lee visited us for the last time as there were no more signs of rodents. Lee came out to our house the next day after we contacted him with an ant problem inside our house. Lee came well equipped with treatment and knowledge. He was able to lay the treatment in a way that was safe to my young child which I appreciated. And left me with clear instructions. I was genuinely shocked that this one treatment cured my house of ants. We have been ant free for two years after suffering for a long spring and summer. Thank you Lee. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!

We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We often messaged him for advice and had a lot of issues with our estate agents which he helped out and supported us with. Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!

Such a speedy and friendly service! Incredibly personable and professional. I asked for advice through a local Facebook group and the next moment I was raising a request through their website with and incredibly quick turn around in response. The next day we were on my allotment plot and the wasps nest was no more! Shane listened to me without judgement and took his time to ensure that my disturbing the nest had really not moved them on. A little jab in the ground with a shovel and the soldiers were out for revenge! A quick douse in the ground later and the Queen was seen to. Absolute legend! Can’t thank you enough!!

I can not rate Shane at RIDTEK highly enough. We had an ongoing rat problem (in the loft and in the walls for several months) and were beginning to think we were stuck with them. We initially used another company who surveyed the property but could not definitively confirm how they were getting in and out and they put bait in the loft and in the drains. After several weeks the problem was no better, and we lost faith. A Google search brought us to Shane and he has literally become our hero. He did his own - much better - survey of our property and within less than an hour he had established how they were getting in and out. We installed our own cameras to test his theory and he was absolutely spot on. We caught the rats on camera doing exactly what he said they were doing. An eviction plan then followed and we are now rat free. If you have rats in or around your property do not waste your time going to anyone else. RIDTEK are the best in the business. We have had a great experience using Countrywide. Rodents are never a nice thing to deal with so dealing with Lewis from Countrywide who quickly understood the problem was very re-assuring. Lewis offered great advice and guidance not only in resolving the issue but also recommending preventative work to reduce the risk of the problem re-occurring. A Gentleman arrived on time, His name Sam Hellewell, explained the procedure and what he was going to do, he inspected my loft and explained what sort of flies were there, he was very professional and polite and respectful. Thank you very much Sam for carrying out this work for us and putting our mind at rest. I would recommend this company as he also explained to me that all the work was guaranteed, he also mentioned that if I opened the loft in a week and there was still a problem with the cluster flies the company would come out and fix the problem without charge, so I really respect that honesty, Thank you Countrywide Pest Control Services.

Paul at Baileys pest control done a great job at getting rid of my bed bug infestation. A very experienced pest controller who is always on time reliable and very professional. Once Paul started the treatment he made me feel at ease and followed up every time after the treatment to make sure the treatments were working. Bed bugs are very hard pest to get rid off but Paul did a number of treatments to get rid of the problem. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice.
