Very friendly and professional - called them out to deal with some wasps in the loft and they came out same day. The man who came to do the nest was really knowledgeable and even gave me some advice on the mice we sometimes get in the garden, which seems to have helped a lot. The wasps in the loft seem to be gone for good now, and there was no mess or anything, so it's a huge relief. Thank you for your quick service, will definitely be using Brand Pest Control again!

Such a speedy and friendly service! Incredibly personable and professional. I asked for advice through a local Facebook group and the next moment I was raising a request through their website with and incredibly quick turn around in response. The next day we were on my allotment plot and the wasps nest was no more! Shane listened to me without judgement and took his time to ensure that my disturbing the nest had really not moved them on. A Gentleman arrived on time, His name Sam Hellewell, explained the procedure and what he was going to do, he inspected my loft and explained what sort of flies were there, he was very professional and polite and respectful. Rang Tom in the Newbury office as a wasps nest by a window had been discovered whilst double glazers were fitting windows. Tom was very helpful and gave excellent pragmatic advice and we spoke a couple of times over a couple of days. He always rang back as agreed. An appointment was booked and Lewis (Lee?) turned up as agreed and was very engaging and practical. Not only did he treat the nest but also checked the rest of the House outside in case they had set up home elsewhere too. Very impressive genuine service at fair price. I would definitely use again. We have had a great experience using Countrywide. Rodents are never a nice thing to deal with so dealing with Lewis from Countrywide who quickly understood the problem was very re-assuring. Lewis offered great advice and guidance not only in resolving the issue but also recommending preventative work to reduce the risk of the problem re-occurring. I have no hesitation in recommending Countywide.

We called Jonathan in the morning and explained our situation, that we had inherited a flea issue from the previous tenants in a new property we had just moved into. He was extremely helpful and professional and came that day at no extra cost. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

Discussed options, recommended and installed a physical barrier to prevent ongoing rat burrowing underneath a concrete plinth by our garage. Jonathan was easy to work with, completed the work as expected, on time and to the estimated cost, and he left the place neat and tidy. He has also offered a follow up when he is next passing to check that all is well.

I phoned HPC247late afternoon and informed them I had a wasp nest in my dormer roof they fitted me in for 8.00 am next morning . Sean arrived on time and dealt with the problem immediately .I cannot recommend him and his friendly team enough, very informative and fingers crossed no more wasps.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. Paul at Baileys pest control done a great job at getting rid of my bed bug infestation. A very experienced pest controller who is always on time reliable and very professional. Once Paul started the treatment he made me feel at ease and followed up every time after the treatment to make sure the treatments were working. Bed bugs are very hard pest to get rid off but Paul did a number of treatments to get rid of the problem. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice.

Very positive experience with Paul from Bailey’s pest control today. He came over to inspect my property for bed bugs, was very reassuring. Had a rapid PCR test to quickly show if bed bugs were present - thankfully we think it was negative. Reassuring and experienced, would recommend.
