Such a speedy and friendly service! Incredibly personable and professional. I asked for advice through a local Facebook group and the next moment I was raising a request through their website with and incredibly quick turn around in response. The next day we were on my allotment plot and the wasps nest was no more! Shane listened to me without judgement and took his time to ensure that my disturbing the nest had really not moved them on. A little jab in the ground with a shovel and the soldiers were out for revenge! A quick douse in the ground later and the Queen was seen to. Absolute legend! Can’t thank you enough!!

I can not rate Shane at RIDTEK highly enough. We had an ongoing rat problem (in the loft and in the walls for several months) and were beginning to think we were stuck with them. We initially used another company who surveyed the property but could not definitively confirm how they were getting in and out and they put bait in the loft and in the drains. After several weeks the problem was no better, and we lost faith. A Google search brought us to Shane and he has literally become our hero. He did his own - much better - survey of our property and within less than an hour he had established how they were getting in and out. We installed our own cameras to test his theory and he was absolutely spot on. We caught the rats on camera doing exactly what he said they were doing. An eviction plan then followed and we are now rat free. If you have rats in or around your property do not waste your time going to anyone else. RIDTEK are the best in the business. We had a problem with rats, lots of them and getting increasingly bold. Dave came out and quickly identified that the problem was not just in our garden but our neighbours as well, the rats were visiting our pond but nesting in other areas. After coordinating with everyone the problem has now been solved. Would definitely recommend, very knowledgeable.

Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! I have been really impressed with how Michael from Broadsword Pest Control dealt with my tenants' rat infestation. The service is professional and competitively priced and Michael is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the treatment. But the most unique feature of this company is that there is no limit on the number of visits they are prepared to arrange. Broadsword keep coming back until the issue is sorted - something no other pest control company would do from my experience and research. I can't recommend Broadsword Pest Control enough!

I started to use a bird feeder and the feed went into the ground. Thought nothing if it. Then the rats arrived burrowing next to the feeder. Called Michael who came quickly. He explained the humane process clearly and obviously knows his topic. His treatment is safe with dogs about if a little common sense is applied. 4 visits for one fee. Rats gone. I had a rat problem under my decking. I called Broadsword and spoke with Michael. He quoted for his services (very competitive price) and came to check the issue without delay. Confirmed a plan of action and delivered to it. Detailed job sheets and a detailed explanation of the work he was going to do and set my expectations. All very clear, informed and professional. And the problem was resolved exactly how he described it would. No fuss. Great work and lovely people who really understand their work and what customer satisfaction means. Thank you Michael! Update Feb 2025: I had rats return. Contacted Michael again and he responded as before. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Problem resolved in 2 weeks. Had a rat problem with them living under the decking in my garden.I had bird feeders which obviously attracted them. I contacted Michael having seen the recommendations and he came the next day and started the treatment process to get rid of them. His pricing is excellent and the cost includes multiple visits and treatments until the problem is resolved, so you know there’s no extra or hidden charges. He’s very friendly professional, and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions or queries. I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. After eradicating the pest he repaired the places where they were getting in. The cost of his work was very very reasonable. He is a 5 star saviour!

Would highly recommend Jonathan for any pest control support you need. My parents used him a few years ago at their house and he helped them tackle their issue very quickly as well as easing everyone’s anxieties around the problem. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! I was very surprised when receiving my invoice as it was very reasonably priced for the amount of time he spent sorting treatment and filling holes for me! I can not thank him enough!
