I can not rate Shane at RIDTEK highly enough. We had an ongoing rat problem (in the loft and in the walls for several months) and were beginning to think we were stuck with them. We initially used another company who surveyed the property but could not definitively confirm how they were getting in and out and they put bait in the loft and in the drains. After several weeks the problem was no better, and we lost faith. A Google search brought us to Shane and he has literally become our hero. He did his own - much better - survey of our property and within less than an hour he had established how they were getting in and out. We installed our own cameras to test his theory and he was absolutely spot on. We caught the rats on camera doing exactly what he said they were doing. An eviction plan then followed and we are now rat free. If you have rats in or around your property do not waste your time going to anyone else. RIDTEK are the best in the business. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. We had a problem with rats, lots of them and getting increasingly bold. Dave came out and quickly identified that the problem was not just in our garden but our neighbours as well, the rats were visiting our pond but nesting in other areas. I have contacted Jonathan on a few occasions regarding pests in my home. He is extremely professional and always finds the cause of the problem. He found a hole in my house and even went to buy materials to fill the hole then and there for me. He always follows up his work a few days later to check the issue is resolved or if any further support is needed. And he was happy to answer my many questions I had! We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Jonathon is highly experienced in eradicating pests in our case the squirrels (also mice) that were resident in our attic. He was very polite and thorough in his initial survey of our property and quickly found the entrance that these pests were getting in. I started to use a bird feeder and the feed went into the ground. Thought nothing if it. Then the rats arrived burrowing next to the feeder. Called Michael who came quickly. He explained the humane process clearly and obviously knows his topic. His treatment is safe with dogs about if a little common sense is applied. 4 visits for one fee. Rats gone.
