Such a speedy and friendly service! Incredibly personable and professional. I asked for advice through a local Facebook group and the next moment I was raising a request through their website with and incredibly quick turn around in response. The next day we were on my allotment plot and the wasps nest was no more! Shane listened to me without judgement and took his time to ensure that my disturbing the nest had really not moved them on. A little jab in the ground with a shovel and the soldiers were out for revenge! A quick douse in the ground later and the Queen was seen to. Absolute legend! Can’t thank you enough!!

First class and friendly service guaranteed from this great family run company. We had an extensive pest problem that they swiftly and professionally removed with a real care for identifying the underlying cause. Cannot recommend enough.

I can not rate Shane at RIDTEK highly enough. We had an ongoing rat problem (in the loft and in the walls for several months) and were beginning to think we were stuck with them.
We initially used another company who surveyed the property but could not definitively confirm how they were getting in and out and they put bait in the loft and in the drains. After several weeks the problem was no better, and we lost faith. A Google search brought us to Shane and he has literally become our hero. He did his own - much better - survey of our property and within less than an hour he had established how they were getting in and out. We installed our own cameras to test his theory and he was absolutely spot on. We caught the rats on camera doing exactly what he said they were doing. An eviction plan then followed and we are now rat free.
If you have rats in or around your property do not waste your time going to anyone else. RIDTEK are the best in the business. THANK YOU Shane!!!!!!!

If you want the best of the best, to go above and beyond in pest control, RIDTEK are the only ones. Shane and the team are fantastic, the knowledge and experience to root out our pesky rodent issue, and keep them gone.

I cannot praise this company enough. I had a wasp nest that proved particularly difficult to locate, but Shane kept coming back until it was completely sorted. Both Shane and Roo are knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would definitely use them again if required and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others. Thank you RIDTEK. You evicted the unwelcome lodgers and gave me my home, and sanity, back.
