We have had an ongoing problem with rats or a couple of years. The council and a private pest control company have come round, put down some bait and gone away. On John's first visit, he inspected all the drains (not just one), and quickly established where the problem lay and how they were getting into the roof space. After a very short period the whole problem was resolved. A first class job by a company that know what they are doing

I can't recommended Mike & Abbotstone Pest Control highly enough. We initially wasted 2 months working through multiple pest control businesses who would do a bad job and just disappear. We were losing all faith in the industry when we were referred to Abbotstone Pest Control by someone who had a similar experience. From Mike's first visit it was clear that we had found someone who would solve our problems. Mike is incredibly thorough, he comes with years of experience and know-how but doesn't assume every case is the same and invests hours assessing the problem and looking for the root cause rather than a quick fix. We knew our problem wasn't ever going to be an overnight fix but once we found Abbotstone Pest Control and had Mike working with us, we always had confidence that it would be rectified and we were always thankful for methodical and transparent approach. Each visit was action-orientated and when we needed to bring in other contractors for drainage work Mike worked closely with them to ensure alignment. In situations which are obviously stressful and upsetting to have around your home, Mike is very reassuring and empathetic and works through the problem with you - providing you with a clear explanation of where the problem is coming from and how to fix it permanently. Dave at Hampshire Bird and Pest Control looks after all our pest control needs at The Dower House Nursing Home. I have had a rat problem for years and have tried many pest control companies before but the problem continued. I called Winchester Pest Control and they dealt with the problem straight away and found where the rats were getting in to the property and advised us what to do to stop the rats getting in in future.
