Adrian has been fantastic from start to finish. I contacted him just before Christmas (on a Sunday) due to a rat issue that was causing a great deal of stress and despite his busy schedule he made time to come out and investigate the next day. He kept me informed of his ETA on the day (due to an early appointment taking longer than anticipated) which was greatly appreciated and when he arrived, he got to work straight away. Adrian assessed the issue and explained the situation clearly to myself and my neighbour. He talked through the options available to deal with the issue and the pros and cons of both options so we could make an informed decision on how best to proceed. Adrian also offered some valuable advice on how to try and prevent any further issues arising in the future. If you are looking for an experienced professional, who is polite, turns up when they say will, always keeps you informed and gets the job done then look no further than Adrian. I honestly cannot recommend Adrian highly enough. He was patient and empathetic in what I can only describe as an incredibly stressful situation and was always happy to talk through any concerns I had. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t need to call on Adrian again but I wouldn’t hesitate in doing so if needed. Thank you so much Adrian, we really appreciate all your help.

Fantastic service, we called early morning as very worried about smell in our house. Adrian was happy to advise on the phone what we could do but we opted for his option to visit. Given the urgency he arrived within 3 hours and quickly located and removed a dead rat from the wall. He then did a thorough site survey and left non-toxic bait to ensure there are no further problems. Professional and caring service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. My elderly father with live in carer needed urgent help as rats had got in through the drains. Communication from start to finish was outstanding, every visit was followed by a detailed report of actions taken. First class and highly recommend.

Rob was fantastic at killing all the wasps and stopping the nest. He provided a great service and a great fair price compared to competitors. He also came super quick (next Day) Once he worked his magic, the wasps were gone within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Steve - he was able to attend our house very quickly and it was immediately obvious he was an expert! We had a wasps nest under some decking in the garden and Steve did what he could be after a couple of days the wasps were back. This time I removed some of the decking and Steve kindly returned to do a further treatment now he could access way more of the site. A very professional and friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve.

What a super company. Martin came out first to resolve woodworm treatment in an attic space and just got on with the job - not easy in an old cottage. Then came back on a follow up to put rat prevention under the eves to stop access up the building. On time, fitted us in to work around other contractors. No fuss, job done, fair on the price . Plus there we have a very unpleasant tenant which made things even harder. Thanks. very much great job.

Ash went and above beyond to help us each time we have had an issue (once with mice and another with rats). He clearly loves what he does and is interested in getting to the heart of the problem rather than a quick temporary fix. Martin gave me a very personable and professional service today regarding a wasps nest which needed treating. He arrived punctually, is clearly very experienced and dealt with this quickly, calmly and efficiently. I also have a problem with grey squirrels locally and he was happy to give me some excellent honest advice about these as well. Overall I was very impressed and would strongly recommend him.

Tommy has another fan! Booking online went fine, Tommy turned up promptly within the allocated time slot I was given and although both the wasps nest and the hornets nest were very difficult to get to, he managed to get to them safely and carry out what he needed to do. We had a rat issue in our loft and cavity walls for a while now and tried other pest control companies and various DIY pest products but didn't solve our problem. We contacted Countrywide and Kurt came out originally he did an amazing job identifying where the breach was and acted swiftly this included our neighbours property. We had two further visits from Lewis who is so knowledgeable and approachable he put our minds at rest that the issue has been finally solved. I will recommend Countrywide for all pest issues.
