We have had Teri come out to our residence on several occasions. Living close to the river, we've faced an ongoing issue with spiders and mice. Teri has been instrumental in helping us manage that. On another occasion, we suspected a flea infestation and sought her expertise. Teri not only addressed our concerns promptly but went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. I would also like to mention how grateful we are for Teri’s willingness to waive the call-out fee during some visits. This gesture truly exemplifies her customer-service-oriented approach, and it highlighted her commitment to making this experience as smooth as possible for us. Throughout her visits, Teri has always been punctual and highly professional. Additionally, her attentiveness to the safety of our pets has been greatly appreciated; she consistently ensured that they were either out of the house or safely accommodated prior to applying any chemicals. We are delighted with the results and the care she has shown.

Highly recommend !!! they put spikes to stop seagulls nesting again next year. Removed lots of seagull debris. They left no mess and were very quick with the job. 10/10

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I was put in touch with Liam on Christmas Eve by a helpful colleague in another local firm who was away and so couldn't help. I was trying to help an elderly relative whose broken heating couldn't be fixed because of wasps in loft. Liam answered my call and came out first thing on the day after boxing day and everything was sorted by coffee time - and for a very reasonable fee. Thanks Liam - and thanks Forest Pest Control. I rang in a panic as I had a rat in my kitchen, Elzabé was there by the afternoon , totally put me at ease . We had a problem with rats in our garden and gave Peter a ring. He came out first visit and laid bait around various places and under our decking where the little blighters were sheltered. He also put bait down the manhole cover at the side of our house as we had a problem with a block drain and Dynorod said that was caused by rats in the sewer. Peter also checked our loft as my wife thought she heard something up there but found no sign of any rats had been up there. He came back 2 weeks later to check and pick up the bait boxes and we haven't seen any rats since. If you've got a problem with any pest, whether it's rats, mice, or any vermin give them a ring.

Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. I haven't posted a Google review before but the service we have received from Adam and Jerry at Wessex Pest control has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. The communication, swift action, expertise..and understanding has seen us through a very difficult time with 'unwanted visitors' after a failed diy attempt to rid ourselves of the problem. Excellent service. We had a reoccurring problem with rats in the attic - Latham Pest Control were the only company to finally resolve the problem. They worked out how the rats were getting in, successfully got rid of them and advised on preventing their return. I am pleased to say that 18 months later - still no more rats!! I used this company for bee’s nest advice. I called this company to enquire about the removal of some bees. Their knowledge was quite incredible- helping me identify the bees and explain that they weren’t harmful and would leave on their own accord in about a month. As they are not causing us any issues we have decided to leave them alone.
