Lee came out very quickly after I made contact. Job completed very efficiently. Lee explained clearly what the issue was and how he was going to deal with it. Nothing was too much of a problem and I feel confident the problem is now resolved.

Contacted Lee as we add an issue with rodents on the loft and inside a cavity wall, he was able to visit on the same day which we really appreciated. Lee kept us informed regarding his methods and what to expect. Three weeks after the initial call, Lee visited us for the last time as there were no more signs of rodents. He kindly cemented a hole in the wall which could have been one of the points of entry. Thank you

Lee came out to our house the next day after we contacted him with an ant problem inside our house. Lee came well equipped with treatment and knowledge. He was able to lay the treatment in a way that was safe to my young child which I appreciated. And left me with clear instructions. Had a problem with a nasty little Rat, thought he’d move in and keep warm. I tried with traps and poison but had no luck. Gave DKG a call, they understood the problem straight away, came round promptly and decided on a plan to oust the little sod. After first visit I was assured he’d solve the problem and within a few days I didn’t hear any more scratching and scraping, with 3 visits in total, No more Rat! After an initial appointment hiccup with a no show that was understandable and explained after a few days I am very pleased with the professional engagement and advice. Even offered me a discount but for an understandable problem on their end it didn’t seem fair or right so I said no thank you and paid as I should have.
