The guys did my EICR in December. It’s an old house and I was dreading the results. It was quick, easy, they are all really friendly and took me through the results to make sure I understood. I got the certificate the same day which made and my insurance company very happy. Thrilled with the service.

What a great service from beginning to end. Richard was straight forward and transparent to deal with, and Leyton did a very neat installation of the new consumer unit replacing a1960s one. I’m very pleased and relieved that it went so smoothly.

The gentlemen and ladies at ETA Electrical Services Ltd are awesome! They are all friendly and dedicated including the person at the front desk, the engineers (both the males and female) I've dealt with. Their charges are also reasonable and they have performed PAT Tests and fire alarm safety certifications as well as general electrical work for my HMOs a number of times. I'm very happy with their work and can not recommend them enough! Thank you for all your hard work! Please keep it up!

They professionally installed among other things a flourescent strip light casing and light a few years back, unfortunately the other day in less than 5 years the light ceased to work. Whilst undertaking the assessment they realised it was still under warranty, and fitted a new one with no charge. That is fantastic after care service from them, and I would highly recommend them to use!!!!!! David

Aaron was outstanding today. Had some concerns about recurrent fuse trippings in the kitchen/extension area. Returned my call, attended exactly as he said he would. Spent a significant period of time diagnosing the issues and correcting them. Spent time to explain the issues too. Found on Checkatrade and highly recommend.

I’ve left it far too long for my review but these guys were fantastic. I was wanting some network cabling around the house and they understood what was needed and offered good suggestions as well as doing last minute changes. Having suffered a rather negative experience with an electrical company, I needed to find electricians who were trustworthy and professional. In that respect I am so glad I contacted TWK Elelectrical. Tony's approach to our defective lighting circuit was logical and sound. Jed and Lloyd were polite, communicative, focused and results driven. Finding the faults was not easy but they accomplished the task in a most satisfactory and professional manner. Additionally the remaining circuits in the house were diligently tested and I received the required EICR certificate. Their bill was fair too. Best electricians in the area. Andy and Micheal are a league above the rest. They always arrived on time, worked with minimal disruption, didn't cut corners and remained professional at all times. We had a cabin installed in our garden, AWG fitted a new fuse box (so neatly may I add!) and ran the electrics and internet cabling under my flooring and along my garden fence, connecting to the cabin. Because they were so impressive I also had some extra sockets installed. 100% recommend. Don't go for the cheapest quote. You will just then have to pay AWG to fix it. Just get it done properly in the first place.
