Needed an electrician to resolve a problem that had been identified at previous landlord electrical safety check, resulting in disabling of some power outlets. Approached the contractor who did that check several times - no response. It also reminded me that, when the check was done, I had to chase to get the formal paperwork from him. Found Autumn Electrical through a review site - very different experience from the get-go. Seems like it is a family business. It runs very professionally and costs have been reasonable. Customer communications have been clear and timely, even when it required them to liaise with tenant. Work was done on time and tenant happy with end result. Very appreciative - would readily use them again when required.

Michael and Robbie did a thoroughly professional job installing separate ring/wiring for my cooker, as well as providing additional wiring/sockets for my washing machine/tumble drier. In addition he fitted two ceiling lights and a socket. All the work done was done for the quoted price. Both of them were very tidy replacing carpets where lifted and sweeping up when mess had been made. I am extremely grateful for the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Arrived promptly, minimal disruption during the install, and cleaned up afterwards. All relevant compliance paperwork sorted within a couple of days. Will recommend to friends and family.

I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

I contacted Daniel from D.J Webb Electrical Services after finding him on Checkatrade. He was quick to respond to my enquiry and came to quote for the work within a few days of the initial enquiry. He quoted for the work and commenced the job a couple of weeks later. It was a big job, involving upgrading our fuse board, changing all of our switches and sockets to chrome sockets, and also adding additional sockets and lighting which involved a lot of work. Daniel completed the work whilst we were away on holiday, meaning there was no disruption to us during the work. It was hugely appreciated and he kept us up to date on the work throughout via WhatsApp. The finishing of his work is perfection, and he genuinely left the house cleaner than when I left it. All of the work was completed on time and within the agreed specifications and budget, and overall I’m thrilled with the final result. If you are looking for a friendly, dependable and professional electrician- Daniel and D.J Webb ticks all the boxes and more, and I will certainly be using him in the future for other projects.

Dan supplied and fitted an outdoor security light, replaced old fluorescent light fixtures in the garage with very effective new LED, ones, and supplied and fitted a new garden LED lantern with sensor. He is highly professional, happy to take the time to ascertain just exactly what you need, tidy, punctual and very pleasant to have about. He provides good value for money and I have already booked him for some additional work

I contacted Dan to get an EV charger installed and a replacement Consumer Unit. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, and provided a competitive quote in good time. He completed the work in 1 day and was clean & tidy. He walked me through the new Consumer Unit and made sure I was aware of the current safety features that would have been missing on my older unit (due to being installed circa 1980). Would have no problem calling on Dan again in the future.

Paul has rewired the home and garage. There was excellent communication both throughout the process of quotes and undertaking the work. He clearly takes great pride and care in his work and responds professionally and patiently to any queries along the way. It's a relief to finally have the place rewired and I would not hesitate to use his services again.
