Harry from BN Electrical went over and above and came out on Easter Bank Holiday morning when our app had to be rescheduled due another clients work over running. He was punctual, friendly, professional and made suggestions that saved us time and money. He also was happy to pop up some outdoor light units that needed replacing at short notice and in the rain too. We asked BN to do additional jobs for us because of this.

We have used TWK Electrical a few times at home for relatively small jobs and always received excellent, speedy service. However last night the power went out at my parents house and it looked like the circuit breaker had blown, my parents were without heating, hot water or power. Left TWK a message via their website late that evening to see if they could assist and 5 minutes later got a call from Tony, this was at 10pm!! Explained the issue and the predicament my elderly parents were in and he promised to send his team round first thing next morning. Sure enough they turned up promptly at 8:30am, and couple of hours later a new RCD fuse box had been installed and power was restored. Can’t praise Tony and his team highly enough. Excellent service, great workmanship and lovely people to deal with who care about their customers. Thank you so much for helping my parents out so swiftly when they needed it.

Having suffered a rather negative experience with an electrical company, I needed to find electricians who were trustworthy and professional. In that respect I am so glad I contacted TWK Elelectrical. Tony's approach to our defective lighting circuit was logical and sound. Jed and Lloyd were polite, communicative, focused and results driven. Finding the faults was not easy but they accomplished the task in a most satisfactory and professional manner. Additionally the remaining circuits in the house were diligently tested and I received the required EICR certificate. Their bill was fair too. We recently renovated our house, and after having a very bad experience with the re-wiring and sockets with another electrician, we got in touch with RH Foster. They did an excellent job indeed. Foster's electricians visited to measure up for a lighting plan to replace our old 120 x 60 fluorescent lights with 60 x 60 LED panels. They came back a few days later and fitted them on both floors of the building with minimal mess and disruption. The new lights are cleaner and brighter and we are saving around £150 per month in electricity which means that they will pay for themselves over a few years whilst reducing our carbon usage through using less electricity. I would highly recommend getting RH Foster to swap your lights if you still have the older tube lighting.
