I can't praise Tony and his Team more. They are incredibly helpful, reliable, always on time, polite, offer competitive costs and always smiling. We had our kitchen redecorated and needed an electrician for all kinds of tasks. We asked Tony to come in a few times, often on short notice due to how our kitchen builder worked. Nothing was ever a problem, jobs were done efficiently with useful information offered. Can't recommend TWK enough!

We have used TWK Electrical a few times at home for relatively small jobs and always received excellent, speedy service. However last night the power went out at my parents house and it looked like the circuit breaker had blown, my parents were without heating, hot water or power. Left TWK a message via their website late that evening to see if they could assist and 5 minutes later got a call from Tony, this was at 10pm!! Explained the issue and the predicament my elderly parents were in and he promised to send his team round first thing next morning. Sure enough they turned up promptly at 8:30am, and couple of hours later a new RCD fuse box had been installed and power was restored. Can’t praise Tony and his team highly enough. Excellent service, great workmanship and lovely people to deal with who care about their customers. Thank you so much for helping my parents out so swiftly when they needed it.

Having suffered a rather negative experience with an electrical company, I needed to find electricians who were trustworthy and professional. In that respect I am so glad I contacted TWK Elelectrical. Tony's approach to our defective lighting circuit was logical and sound. Jed and Lloyd were polite, communicative, focused and results driven. Finding the faults was not easy but they accomplished the task in a most satisfactory and professional manner. Additionally the remaining circuits in the house were diligently tested and I received the required EICR certificate. Their bill was fair too. I strongly recommend TWK Electrical to others needing competent electricians.

What can I say. You are all amazing. I called Tony as my mother's house needed some urgent work on the electrics, which I only discovered whilst trying to clear the house. They came out very quickly and fitted a new circuit board and repaired a few of the lights. Incredibly thorough and professional service. Fantastic to find a local family business that could help me with a small electrical project to install some outdoor lighting. Tony and Jed were a pleasure to have around and did a great job figuring out the best solution for my needs. Furthermore, they carry an impressive amount of stock on their van so had everything the needed to do the job when they arrived.
