Always great service. Friendly staff in office and electricians have always been spot on. We are oakley based and I would highly recommend ETA! Will be using again for the 4th time soon.

I recently used ETA for some domestic electrical work. The overall quality of the work was excellent, the electrician was helpful and friendly, and he made sure everything was tidied up (including hoovering of both rooms he worked in) once he had finished. I really can't find fault with the experience that I have had with this company. Thank you.

Good reliable professional service. From Kelly the receptionist to the Electricians & the plumbers. I can not fault this company they go above and beyond, they really are a fantastic respectable team. I have used them quite a few times now and no job is to big or too small. The gentlemen and ladies at ETA Electrical Services Ltd are awesome! They are all friendly and dedicated including the person at the front desk, the engineers (both the males and female) I've dealt with. Their charges are also reasonable and they have performed PAT Tests and fire alarm safety certifications as well as general electrical work for my HMOs a number of times. I'm very happy with their work and can not recommend them enough! Thank you for all your hard work! Please keep it up!

Above and beyond service. Main fuse box/consumer unit was crackling/arcing and power lost. Tried several electricians. Dave’s wife was reassuring and efficient and arranged for him to attend at the end of the same day. Dave quickly identified the issue and said a replacement part was required. He called a supplier who was about to close by then. Although they didn’t have the part they offered a complete unit from which Dave could take the relevant part and which they could then source and replace into the complete unit later. As they were shutting they left it concealed outside their business for him and after a 45 minute round trip to collect it, we had power and a safe consumer unit again. It was dark by the time Dave left. Amazing service for a customer he didn’t even know previously. Dave is now back doing more work for us and is recommended by us to friends. 5*!!

He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and tidy! Dave installed some outdoor lights for us, replacing old ones as well as adding in a new one. He was efficient, professional and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Very happy with his work.

Neil was wonderfully helpful over the phone in a crisis. All power had gone in the house with no obvious reason on the fuseboard. Talked us though an idiots guide to reset and check each circuit. All sorted and Saturday afternoon has returned to calm. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

A leak in my utility room cut off the power in my home on a Saturday morning. I left many messages for emergency electricians only NH Lighting & Electrical returned my call. Even though they were not able to visit they walked me through the steps to get the power back up and all at no cost. Brilliant service, really helpful. Would highly recommend.

GU Electrics has been absolutely fantastic! They’ve been incredibly helpful, even offering last-minute availability when I needed it most. I have used GU Solutions many times and never been disappointed. The most recent visit was to replace a bedroom light socket. As usual their friendly polite team arrived on time and completed the job cleanly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

GU solutions carried out an Electrical safety check on the property we were buying and subsequently carried out some necessary repairs. On every visit they arrived on time, were very professional and very willing to spend time advising on some other electrical work we were thinking of having done.
