Great honest, professional, tidy service

Micheal did a great job installing a new ring main and induction hob as well as updating our distribution board. He and his team are good to deal with and they managed to fit us in to their busy schedule.

I contacted Autumn Electrical Services to replace a few light fittings in my house. Communication was great from the beginning and remained as such throughout the work, which was completed to a high standard. Overall a very good experience, would definitely recommend.

Michael and Robbie did a thoroughly professional job installing separate ring/wiring for my cooker, as well as providing additional wiring/sockets for my washing machine/tumble drier. In addition he fitted two ceiling lights and a socket. All the work done was done for the quoted price. Both of them were very tidy replacing carpets where lifted and sweeping up when mess had been made. I am extremely grateful for the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

What a happy chappy Dave is, I had an RCD that refused to budge on off or test. I had contacted 2 other electricians totton area and both went to voicemail i left messages online, then contacted Dave, within 10 or 15 mins I had a call back, no problem, on my way about 10 mins . I was looking for an electrician to install a HIVE EV charger I had already purchased. Shem was the first person to contact me, ask me a number of questions and supply a quote. After few days of waiting for others to contact me I went with the quote he provided. It was the best decision I could have made! Communication was the best I've experienced from any trades person. I was given text updates as to when Shem would be arriving, he was polite and courteous and not only explained what he needed to do, but also asked for my opinion and any suggestions I had. The work he carried out was to an extremely high standard and in less than 3 hours the charger was ready for me to use. All the relevant paperwork was completed and authorities informed, and I have now received all the certificates required should I need to evidence the work that was carried out. I cannot recommend Shem enough!

I am so pleased with the service of this company. Chris came out to assess my needs and gave me a quote for two new electric heaters and to check all the electrics in my flat that I have recently moved into. The Jenkins team have recently completed a thorough rewiring of my property.
