Hatch Electrical did a fantastic job putting right a wrongly routed cooker hood and did an EICR for us. Tommy was thorough, meticulous and so clean and tidy and so much more reasonably priced than a previous quote we had. He did a small job this time but I will now use him for all of my electrical needs in future. Absolutely recommended.

Hatch electrical came and completed an install to my new extension, arranged by my builder. Tommy is extremely polite, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy ! He did a fantastic job and all of the install and new lights look fantastic. I would not even hesitate in recommending this company and will use them again if needed.

Very impressed with Tommy @Hatch Electrical Waterlooville. I had power issue late Sunday afternoon which he offered to come round straight away to look at, but I could manage till morning. Arrived early next morning to carry out a very methodical process of elimination to find the source of the fault and resolve. Really professional service and business. Will always use and recommend from now on.

My sockets lost power and Greg asked me for a photo of the consumer box switches. After reviewing those he spotted that an important switch that I didn’t know the purpose of was in the off position. We needed a new fuse box and a couple other things before our flat sale. Excellent Electrical recommended and fitted the new unit as discussed. He was professional and thorough with great advice and knowledge. We also needed some under cabinet lights replacing in the kitchen. Again Greg sourced lights at a good price and fitted them neatly with no issues. Finally, we needed the EICR for the sale in which Greg did a very thorough job. The electrics passed and EICR signed off much to our relief! Thanks very much Greg, we know who to call in our new home if any electrics need doing!

Gregg was very professional, clean, tidy. Carried out the job very thoroughly and explained how things worked if an explanation was required. Today I had my new electric wall heaters and bathroom electric towel rail fitted by two of the team. I can honestly say that they were very professional. Arrived on time, got on with the job and cleaned up afterwards. Friendly, approachable and affordable. Would recommend and will defiantly use them again.

We used Eric Jackson’s for a rewire several years ago. We didn’t hesitate using them again for an extension and they were brilliant yet again. Cannot fault the quality of their work. They gave us advice when we weren’t sure what to do and nothing was too much trouble. They always turn up on time and despite how busy they are, they always reply promptly to any calls or emails from us. Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

As always Darren's work and professionalism is second to none. He was clear in communicating the time needed to install new sockets next to existing ones and again for follow-up work to install additional sockets in a flat that could support the upgrade — this top of course thanks to Darren! Genuinely impressive work as you'll see from the 'before' and 'after' shots.

After being let down by a different company, Sean was a lifesaver at 3am this morning. We had a problem with a leak that triggered our alarms and we were unable to shut them off. Sean was with us within 25 minutes of calling and sorted it instantly. Excellent communication and very calm and friendly. He thoroughly explained why the alarms were triggered and made sure they wouldn't go off again. We do need further assistance on the problem which Sean is coming back to sort for us.
