AJC Came to the rescue of Hartley Wintney Scouts after a break in at the Scout hut damaged the front doors beyond repair. They came out the same day to assess the damage then very generously came back and fitted us a new set of fire doors. There service is excellent and the standard of work top notch.

Jake and his team have built two beautiful sets of shelves for us, one for the kitchen and one for a sitting room. The work was carefully planned and meticulously carried out on time. There was no problem with a couple of last minute additions that suggested themselves once the shelves were installed. We’re really pleased with the work. The team were pleasant, considerate and carefully cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

Ordered some shelf brackets from Jake, and couldn’t be happier with the service. He made them incredibly quickly without compromising on quality. The brackets themselves are excellent—well-made and sturdy. Jake communicated well throughout the process and made everything easy from start to finish. Jake and the team bought my vision for my media wall to life and I love it. Totally transformed my lounge. Jake spent time with me going through design thoughts from my Pinterest ideas. He then thoroughly measured the space and discussed options. Very quick turn around on the design and together we made a few tweaks until we landed on what was possible. Jake then worked with the fireplace suppliers TJ Cole’s and my electrician PJ electrics to plan with us all the best way to build and implement everything. The quality and finish of their joinery and products is amazing. Throughout the week it took to implement they were a pleasure to have around and left everything spotless between days. I would highly recommend them and when I decide on my next room conversion Jake and the team will be at the top of list to call.

From start to finish, Aaron and Nick did the most amazing job replacing our staircase. With an eye for detail, it was reassuring to know that a challenging project was in safe hands. I've recently had two sets of built-in wardrobes done by Aaron (AJ), and he has been excellent from capturing my requirements to delivering the final product. AJ kept me posted with timelines, prices, materials and more and has never once declined a phone call from me asking yet another stupid question! Aaron did a brilliant job of replacing our old internal doors. He was a pleasure to deal with, thoroughly professional and helpful, and his work was faultless. Really good experience. It was great to find a well established company that was not only prepared to take on a small bespoke job, but did quality work and was also reasonably priced. They treated us, and the job, with respect and professionalism. The job itself was building a bespoke hallway cupboard which they did really nicely. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space.

We spent a couple of years working design features with our architect and getting planning permission for our 3 bay car barn. We ran a competitive pricing process and were very impressed with the enthusiasm and attention to detail by Richard. This came through in the construction and in the culture of the Barnwood team as we met and worked with Callum, Haydn, Ben and Chris. Tabitha was also the engine that drove the project from the program, cost and contract perspective always overcoming those pesky issues that arise. This was not a straightforward build. Ground conditions, retaining wall, levels, existing structures all had to be either built, removed or adapted to suit. Richard and the team kept the site spotless and did everything in house. It’s such a pleasure to meet craftsmen that care and have the capability to meet conditions and solve the issues of the day in their stride. We will continue to use Barnwood as we improve our home and its grounds. Having spent 40 years in the construction industry I found this build a pleasure to be involved with and can wholeheartedly recommend the Barnwood team

Richard and his team were great when we called them up to repair some rotting timbers on our 400yr old cottage! They took everything on their stride and kept us informed every step. They were clean and tidy, and completed the job on time and budget. Richard also returned at short notice a few weeks later when we found another very rotten timber. All work was carried out to an exceptional standard and blends in with the original wall perfectly. Highly recommended, and worth waiting for.

Josh and the team did a great job of our bannister rails, they were on time, communicated well beforehand and finished the job to a high standard in one day. We would definitely recommend them and will be happy to use them again for future projects.
