Well it’s been nearly a year since Pete and Andy and the team took on my loft conversion. I can say that their professionalism, skill and just hard work finished my project on time to the day !!! They are a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking to have work done at their home. If I need anything else doing at my property I know who I will be calling. Andy and Pete, with Nick and Graham, carried out our loft conversion this year and we are so happy with their work. What we liked best was their time-keeping (they ran exactly to schedule) and costing (they ran exactly to quote, except for some extras that we requested). As important was their pleasantness in working with. They are very courteous, great communication, and any problems were listened to carefully and a sensible solution found. Our project was quite large (dormer L-shape loft conversion, complete reroof, chimney repoint, 2 new bathrooms and fitted cupboards and wardrobes). Their workmanship is of a very high standard and we strongly recommend them.

Updating my review following a second job completed by Pete and Andy - excellent job again, and can thoroughly recommend - the work that they do is of the highest quality, but they are also very good post-completion at coming back for any snagging - have always felt everything is well communicated and have stuck to quoted prices. No hesitation in recommending and would certainly use them again.

Andy and Pete consistently confirmed that we'd made the right decision when we asked them to build a single storey extension onto the back of our house and a replacement porch. They were not only highly skilled, patient, honest, trustworthy and communicative, they (and their team) were just great people to have around. That's pretty vital when they are going to spend months on your project! They used their vast experience and network to quickly resolve any challenges which arose and have left us with a life changing extension that we enjoy each and every day. The gorgeous extension is filled with light due to an apex roof housing two Velux windows and a complete wall of bifold doors with glass gable end. The Utility Room houses our white goods at a raised level for ease of use and our very swanky porch (!) is rendered as per the bottom half of the entire house. Quite a transformation! For your interest I attach before, during and after photos of their work here in Chandler's Ford We would not hesitate to recommend them.

David has done a great job replacing our crumbling floor. He communicates well, responding quickly via email and text when you get in touch and giving notice of when he is planning to complete your work. Very professional indeed.

David repaired a rotten window in our listed building. He kept me informed right through the process, he was courteous a pleasure to speak to. He was highly knowledgeable, his work was excellent, and he was diligent in keeping our office clean and tidy during the work. I can highly recommend him!

David and Greg did an outstanding job of replacing our old, rotting wooden window frames on our grade II listed flat. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. They were both very professional and accommodating to my shift work/night shifts and always worked around my schedule. We are very pleased with the work carried out and are chuffed with the noise reduction and extra warmth added with the draught excluders that were fitted. We now have fully and smooth opening sash windows that look beautiful and fresh. Thank you!!

Incredible craftsmanship. Fixed my misaligned door in a couple of hours and made it look like a walk in the park, when I absolutely know the job wasn’t easy! As a bonus, also fixed my kitchen door lock and gave me some great advice on some bits and bobs, very very knowledgable. David is such a kind warming presence to have around the house, too.

Elliot was a fantastic choice for me. I requested for a bispoke product to be made. He made it exactly how I needed it and was very attentative and responsive, keeping me updated - even added extra touches that meant a lot to me! We employed Elliot to build some bespoke cupboards in the kitchen diner with a book case either side of the fire place and a wine rack built into the fireplace and nice detailed finish. We were delighted with the result The finish was excellent and well worth paying for nice materials and having a skilled person to transform them into something to be proud of. So much so that we had another cupboard built in the porch! Again wonderful, it’s painted and received a lot of complements We opted to paint them ourselves - will post more pics later Thank you Elliot Highly recommend

I’d totally recommend this company very professional and the work is outstanding. All the team involved with the extension where polite and exceptional with my children who obviously wanted to get involved in knocking things down. We are so delighted, and would highly recommend Applewood. Our wooden floors are perfect and finished to such a high standard. Our beautiful oak staircase with glass panelling is incredible, with our bespoke wine cabinet, nestled underneath and finishing it all off, really gives our hallway the wow-factor. Every part of the project was well designed, neatly installed, and the quality of the service was second to none. The team were so friendly, a real pleasure to have in our home, and such skilled craftsmen. Thank-you all so much.

We have just had 2 sets of internal doors crafted and installed by Applewood Joinery. Both sets are beautiful and such an improvement on the originals. Friendly and efficient installers and we would definitely recommend them.

From the moment my wife and I made contact with Peter and his fantastic team we knew had made the right decision. Peter and his team were so willing to listen to what we wanted but not sure if it was achievable, Peter made some suggestions and helped point us in the right direction. Applewood designed and built and fitted a bespoke under stairs cupboard. Very happy with the quality of the end result, that matches the internal lounge doors very nicely.
